澳大利亚教师培养新机制:“为澳大利亚而教”项目介绍及其启示

【摘要】:"为澳大利亚而教"项目是澳大利亚政府最近推出的一项旨在提高教师质量、实现教育公平的教育改革计划。它采取第三部门组织的运作方式,公开招募和严格选拔志愿教师,并对其进行短期的集中培训和持续的专业支持。该项目自宣布以来备受争议,主要集中在其教师培养模式和资金投入两方面。我国可从中获得以下启示:重视教师实践性知识的获取,创新教师培养模式;借助第三部门组织,拓展教师补充机制等。
[Abstract]:The "teach for Australia" project is an educational reform program recently launched by the Australian government aimed at improving the quality of teachers and achieving educational equity. It operates in the form of a third sector organization, openly recruiting and strictly selecting volunteer teachers and providing them with short-term centralized training and continuous professional support. The project has been controversial since its announcement, focusing on its teacher training model and funding. Our country can get the following enlightenment: attach importance to the acquisition of teachers' practical knowledge, innovate the mode of teacher training, and expand the supplementary mechanism of teachers with the help of the organization of the third sector.
