远程职业教育的惠农功能及其价值实现途径

【摘要】：远程职业教育是促进农村教育发展最有效的途径,它作为构建终身学习和学习型社会的重要手段,在农村有极为广泛的需求和广阔的发展空间。为了探索远程职业教育的惠农功能及其价值实现的途径,本文论述了惠农是远程职业教育的战略使命和所面临的发展机遇,并以广东省现代远程职业教育服务"三农"典型实践活动为案例,分析了我国农村远程职业教育发展的现状、远程职业教育的惠农功能和农村远程职业教育发展中所存在的问题,最后,笔者从明确重要性,提高保障性;健全办学体制,理顺服务机制,优化教学环境;注重办学特色,增强服务有效性等方面论述了惠农功能实现的主要途径。本研究对如何开展我国农村远程职业教育具有参考价值。
[Abstract]:Distance vocational education is the most effective way to promote the development of rural education. As an important means of constructing lifelong learning and learning society, distance vocational education has extensive needs and broad development space in rural areas. In order to explore the beneficial function of distance vocational education and the way to realize its value, this paper discusses that the benefit of agriculture is the strategic mission and the development opportunity of distance vocational education. Taking the typical practice of modern distance vocational education in Guangdong Province as a case study, this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of distance vocational education in rural areas in China. The benefit function of distance vocational education and the problems existing in the development of distance vocational education in rural areas. This paper discusses the main ways to realize the function of beneficial agriculture from the aspects of perfecting the school running system, straightening out the service mechanism, optimizing the teaching environment, paying attention to the characteristics of running a school, enhancing the effectiveness of service, and so on. This research has the reference value to how to develop the rural distance vocational education in our country.
