基于《标准》的地方高师师范生教育技术能力培养研究

【摘要】: 教育部分别于2004.12.和2005.7颁布了《中小学教师教育技术能力标准(试行)》(以下简称《标》或《标准》)和《中小学教学人员(初级)教育技术能力培训大纲》(以下简称为《大纲》)。《标准》实施的重点为在职中小学教师。普通高师院校尤其是地方高师院校师范生是中小学教师的主要来源,师范生的教育技术能力水平将直接影响中小学素质教育质量。故本研究认为它们不仅仅是在职教师培训的指南,更是高师尤其是地方高师教育技术能力培养的蓝本。在研究《标准》的基础上,本研究从高师院校师范生教育技术能力培养为出发点,结合目前师范生的教育技术能力现状,通过调查分析,找出师范生教育技术能力与《标准》的差距;通过对教育技术公共课的现状分析,提出了以《标准》为导向,从完善培养目标、教材与《大纲》相结合等方面对课程体系进行系统设计,规范教育技术公共课,旨在培养和提高师范生的教育技术能力。尝试提出师范生教学技能的培养中与师范生教育技术能力的培养同步,并最终达到理论知识、教育技术能力和教育智慧培养有机统一的设想。
[Abstract]:The Ministry of Education was held on April 12, 2004. And 2005.7 promulgated the Standard of Educational Technology ability of Primary and Middle School Teachers (trial) (hereinafter referred to as "Standard" or "Standard") and the training outline of Educational Technology ability of Primary and Middle School Teachers (Primary and Middle School) (hereinafter referred to as "Standard" or "Standard"). The implementation of the Standard focuses on serving primary and secondary school teachers. Normal college students, especially local normal colleges and universities, are the main sources of primary and secondary school teachers. The level of educational technology ability of normal college students will directly affect the quality of quality education in primary and secondary schools. Therefore, this study holds that they are not only the guidelines for in-service teacher training, but also the blueprint for the cultivation of educational technology ability in teachers colleges, especially in local teachers colleges. On the basis of the study of the Standard, this study starts from the cultivation of the educational technology ability of the normal university students, combined with the present situation of the educational technology ability of the normal university students, and through investigation and analysis, Find out the gap between the educational technology ability of normal school students and the standard; Based on the analysis of the present situation of the public course of educational technology, this paper puts forward the systematic design of the curriculum system from the aspects of perfecting the training goal, combining the teaching material with the outline, and standardizing the public course of educational technology under the guidance of "Standard". The purpose of this paper is to cultivate and improve the educational and technical ability of normal school students. This paper tries to put forward the idea that the cultivation of teaching skills of normal students should be synchronized with the cultivation of educational technology ability of normal students, and finally the cultivation of theoretical knowledge, educational technology ability and educational wisdom should be unified organically.
