运用绩效技术理论和方法改善多媒体教学应用效果
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the further promotion of the application of educational informatization in the teaching of colleges and universities, various teaching methods and teaching methods based on informatization have emerged one after another, and the new teaching mode has brought vitality and vitality to the development of higher education. On the other hand, these teaching methods and teaching methods are still constantly improved and improved in order to better serve the teaching. Among them, multimedia teaching is one of the most commonly used information teaching methods in colleges and universities in China at present. With its own advantages and unique effects, multimedia teaching has been recognized by the educational circles and injected new vitality into the development of higher education. At one point, it became a hot topic of teaching reform in colleges and universities. Multimedia teaching has also produced poor effect in the application, which affects the effect of multimedia teaching and hinders the improvement of teaching quality in colleges and universities. In this study, the theoretical knowledge of performance technology is introduced, the theoretical characteristics and development process of multimedia teaching in colleges and universities are studied, and the workflow of ISPI performance technology tools and other models in performance technology is taken as the train of thought. Systematic investigation, analysis and research on the problem. This study takes a university in Shaanxi Province as the research object, designs a questionnaire to the front-line teachers and students, and sends out the questionnaire to the teachers and students through the educational administration department of the school. This paper investigates and understands the present situation of multimedia teaching from the angle of teaching effect, analyzes the present situation with the method of performance technology, and analyzes the factors that affect the multimedia teaching in colleges and universities from four aspects: teachers, students, system policies and environment. And the performance issues are summarized. This paper finds out the root cause of the performance problem, puts forward the intervention measures, and carries on the test in the university studied, improves the multimedia teaching implementation process diagram, finally improves the application performance, improves the application effect.
