师范院校学生学业勤奋度对主观幸福感的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨大学生学业勤奋度对主观幸福感的影响,为高校教学改革和大学生心理健康教育工作提供依据。方法采用自编的"大学生学业勤奋度问卷"和"国际大学调查(ICS中文修订版)",评定某师范院校351名大学生的学业勤奋度与主观幸福感。结果大学生学业勤奋度的整体水平存在显著的性别差异(t=-2.82,P0.01),女生得分高于男生;大学生学业勤奋度与主观幸福感基本上呈显著的正相关(r总=0.351,P0.01),即学业上越勤奋的大学生,体验到的主观幸福感越高;大学生高学业勤奋度组的主观幸福感得分显著高于低学业勤奋度组(t=3.788,P0.01)。回归分析表明,学业勤奋度的持恒性、目标监控2个因子对总体主观幸福感具有显著的直接预测作用(P值均0.01),任务承诺、时间投入2个因子对总体主观幸福感具有显著的间接预测作用(P值均0.05)。结论学业勤奋度是影响主观幸福感的重要因素,可以通过提高大学生的学业勤奋程度来增强其主观幸福感。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the influence of college students' academic diligence on subjective well-being, and to provide evidence for teaching reform and mental health education of college students.
