【摘要】: 创造教育是当代教育理论与实践所关注的热点课题之一。提高人的主体性,弘扬人的创造性成了时代对人的根本要求。创造教育环境是指教育中影响创造力发挥或发展的环境要素。创造教育环境研究是整个创造教育研究的重要组成部分,深入分析影响创造教育的环境因素,并揭示环境影响创造力的机制,不仅能够丰富创造教育的理论,而且能够更好地指导创造教育的实践。 科学心理学单向度的研究将创造性窄化为人对外部世界发生作用的“人力”,忽视了创造性是一种“人性”这一基本事实,实际上是将创造性“物性化”了。因此,我们必须扩展创造性研究的途径,从人性视角辩证吸收科学心理学关于创造性研究的成果,从人的本质把握创造性的人性根基。人的本质是人能进行创造性的社会实践活动,并在这种创造性的社会实践中,不断提升着自身的本质及本质力量。创造教育的根本目的就在于充分实现人的本质。 创造是在一定环境中进行的探索性行动,环境中蕴含着丰富的信息,创造主体根据自己的创造意图探测信息,从中选取有利于创造活动开展的信息,促进其创造力的表现和发展。创造力系统是一个开放的复杂系统。正是在创造主体与环境的动态交互过程中,人的创造力得以表现和发展。因此,创造力的生成既需要创造主体发挥其主观能动性,不断地努力和探索,更依赖于环境所提供的信息。不同的环境要素对创造教育的影响程度是不完全一样的。根据环境要素与创造教育联系的紧密程度,论文主要探讨了文化—心理环境、物质—制度环境、媒介—虚拟环境对创造教育的影响。 文化环境对创造教育的影响主要体现在文化模式、文化观念和语言等三个层面。具体而言,,主要从创造力概念、创造过程和创造领域等方面来勾勒东西方文化背景中不同的文化模式对创造教育的影响;文化环境中的某些观念(如价值观、个人主义/集体主义倾向、对待顺从和传统的态度)对创造教育有着极大的影响;语言作为文化载体,也在一定程度上影响着创造教育。在此基础上,基于从价值取向到思维方式再到心理特征这样逐层剖析的方式,对中国传统文化中影响创造教育的环境因素进行了系统分析。心理环境对创造教育的影响,主要体现在人际环境、组织环境和情感环境等三种主要的子环境上,论文着重分析了学校中的师生关系与同伴关系,学校社会气氛与班级社会气氛,以及教师自身的创造性对创造教育的影响。 物质—制度环境是创造教育的物质基础。根据物质环境构成要素的特点和功能,可以进一步分为自然环境、设施环境和时空环境,重点分析了这三种主要的子环境对创造教育的影响。制度环境主要探讨学校制度中的规章制度、课堂纪律、管理和评价制度对创造教育的影响。 媒介—虚拟环境是随着社会进步和科技发展新出现的现代环境要素,对创造教育产生着深刻的影响。媒介环境是一种信息丰富的现代信息环境,它通过提供丰富的信息资源,对人产生越来越深刻的影响。创造不能在真空中进行,创造力的发挥和发展也不可能离开相关的信息。但是,“信息污染”和消极信息的干扰不利于创造教育的进行。虚拟环境是物理环境发展的结果,也是媒介环境发展的产物。就其实质而言,是人的主观能动性的反映。虚拟环境一方面丰富和发展了现实环境的内容,拓宽了环境的内涵,为创造教育提供了新的领域;另一方面,虚拟环境调整了主客体的关系,改变了时空观念,引发了虚拟与现实的矛盾,从而导致自主性的丧失、满足于虚假的创造性活动。 创造性环境是有利于创造教育进行的环境,是创造力的温床,是创造活动的必要条件。在分析影响创造教育的环境要素的基础上,论文归纳出创造性环境的基本特征——自由、宽容、支持和开放,重点论述了创造性环境的培育路径。创造性环境的基本特征是创造性环境培育的依据。创造性环境的培育主要是培育自由、宽容、支持和开放的环境。为此,必须创设有利于创造教育的社会—校园文化环境,营造有利于创造教育的现代学校制度环境,建设以创造型教师为主体的教师队伍。
[Abstract]:Creative education is one of the hot topics of concern in contemporary educational theory and practice. To enhance the subjectivity and promote people's creativity becomes a fundamental requirement of people. The creative education environment refers to the environmental factors that affect the display or development of creativity education. The creative education is the education of environmental research to create an important part of. Environmental factors in-depth analysis of the impact of creative education, and revealing the environmental impact of creative mechanism, can not only enrich the theory of creative education, and to better guide the practice of creation education.
The unidirectional research of scientific psychology narrows the creativity is acted on the external world of "human", ignoring creativity is a kind of "human nature" this basic fact is actually a "creative property". Therefore, we must expand our creative research way, dialectically absorb science from humanity the psychology research achievements about creativity, grasp the foundation of human nature of creativity from human nature. The essence of human being is able to carry out creative social practice and social practice in the creative, improve their own essence and the power of essence. The creation of the fundamental purpose of education is to fully realize human nature.
The creation is in a certain environment in exploring action, the environment contains rich information, creating subject according to their own creative intent detection information, selected from activities conducive to the creation of information, promote the performance and the development of creativity. Creativity system is an open complex system. It is in the dynamic interaction the process of the subject and the environment of people's creativity can display and development. Therefore, the generation of creativity depends on the subject initiative, continuous efforts and exploration, more relies on the information environment. Different environment factors are not exactly the same degree of influence on creative education. According to the environmental factors and the degree of education creating close contact, this thesis mainly discussed the cultural psychological environment, material and system environment, media virtual environment influence on creativity oriented education.
Influence of cultural environment on creativity education is mainly reflected in the three aspects of cultural patterns, cultural values and language. Specifically, mainly from the concept of creativity, creation process and creative fields to outline the different culture of the East West cultural background of creative education; some ideas in cultural environment (such as values individualism, collectivism, and the attitude towards obedience and tradition) have a great impact on creative education; language as a cultural carrier, also have influences on the creative education. On this basis, based on the value orientation in the way of thinking to the psychological characteristics of such a step by step analysis of the way of Chinese in the traditional culture of environmental factors of creative education are analyzed systematically. The psychological environment influence on creativity oriented education is mainly embodied in the interpersonal environment, the organizational environment and the emotional environment three On the main sub environment, this paper focuses on the influence of teacher-student relationship and peer relationship in school, the influence of school social atmosphere and class social atmosphere, and the creativity of teachers themselves on creative education.
The material system environment is the foundation of creative education. According to the character and function of the physical environment, can be divided into natural environment, facilities, environment and space environment, focuses on the analysis of the three major sub environments on creation education. The influence of institutional environment mainly discusses the school system regulations, classroom discipline management and evaluation system of creative education.
With the development of modern media virtual environment is the environment elements of social progress and technological development new, has a profound impact on creative education. The media environment is a kind of modern information environment with rich information, it provides a wealth of information resources, has more and more influence on people. Creation cannot be done in a vacuum, play development and creativity can not leave the relevant information. However, the interference of information pollution and negative information is not conducive to creative education. The virtual environment is the result of the development of the physical environment, the media environment is the product development. The essence is the subjective initiative to reflect the virtual environment on the one hand. Enrich and develop the content of realistic environment, broadened the connotation of environment, provides a new field for creative education; on the other hand, the virtual environment to adjust the relationship between the subject and the object, changed when The concept of "empty" leads to the contradiction between the virtual and the reality, which leads to the loss of autonomy and is satisfied with the false creative activities.
The creative environment is conducive to the creation of education environment is the hotbed of creativity, is the necessary condition of creative activities. To create environmental factors in the analysis of the influence of education on the paper sums up the basic characteristics of creative environment: freedom, tolerance, support and openness, discusses the cultivation way of creative environment. The basic characteristics of creative the environment is the foundation of cultivation of creative environment. The cultivation of creative environment is mainly to cultivate the freedom, tolerance, support and open environment. Therefore, we must make conducive to the creation of social education, campus cultural environment, create a conducive to the creation of the modern school system of environmental education, construct the creative teacher team.
