基于网络环境的反思性教学探究

【摘要】: 在国家新一轮基础教育课程改革的背景下,随着教育理念的更新,对教师自身的素质及学生的培养提出了新的要求。要实现这一目标,离不开教师专业素质的发展,而反思性教学是实现这一目标的重要途径。 网络环境为教师开展反思性教学活动提供了更丰富、快捷、新鲜的信息资源。教师利用网络环境开展反思性教学的意义表现在:拓展了教师专业化知识的领域,为教师的专业化发展提供了新思路;有助于提高教师的信息素养:对学生产生潜移默化的影响,从而对培养有创新意识和实践能力的合格人才产生重要影响。 本论文的研究主题是利用现有的校园网所提供的网络环境平台来开展反思性教学活动,更好地促进教师的专业发展。基于此,笔者确定了本论文的基本研究问题,即如何在校园网的网络平台下开展反思性教学活动实践,应该创设怎样的信息平台应用于教师的反思性学习和专业发展? 围绕这些研究问题,,本研究采用教育行动研究法、文献分析法、比较研究法、案例分析法和问卷调查法等,首先通过对反思性教学理论的深入研究,阐述了基于网络环境下开展反思性教学的特点、内容和方法。其次,本研究组织教师参与了实践活动,通过访谈和调研收集教师的反馈信息,来充实本研究的内容。最后,本研究形成了“基于网络环境的反思性教学”中课堂教学的案例。 基于上述研究,本论文的研究结论是:信息技能是反思性教学问题解决的基础:网络环境下开展反思性教学活动是促进教师专业化发展的重要途径;利用Blog可以促进教师的自我反思:利用网上交流可以促进教师间的交互反思。 本研究有待解决的问题有:如何对基于网络的反思性教学做评价?如何设计开发出一个专业的反思性教学的网络环境平台?
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new reform of national basic education curriculum, with the renewal of educational concept, new requirements are put forward for teachers' own quality and students' cultivation. To achieve this goal, teachers' professional quality can not be achieved without the development, and reflective teaching is an important way to achieve this goal. Network environment provides more abundant, fast and fresh information resources for teachers to carry out reflective teaching activities. The significance of teachers' reflective teaching in the network environment is as follows: it expands the domain of teachers' professional knowledge and provides a new way of thinking for teachers' professional development; It is helpful to improve the teachers' information literacy: it has a subtle influence on the students and thus has an important influence on the cultivation of qualified talents with innovative consciousness and practical ability. The research topic of this thesis is to use the network environment platform provided by the existing campus network to carry out reflective teaching activities to promote teachers' professional development better. Based on this, the author determines the basic research problem of this paper, that is, how to carry out reflective teaching practice under the network platform of campus network, and what kind of information platform should be created to apply to reflective learning and professional development of teachers? Around these research questions, this research adopts the educational action research method, the literature analysis method, the comparative research method, the case analysis method and the questionnaire survey method and so on, first through the thorough research to the reflective teaching theory, This paper expounds the characteristics, contents and methods of developing reflective teaching based on network environment. Secondly, this study organized teachers to participate in practical activities, through interviews and research to collect feedback from teachers to enrich the content of this study. Finally, this study forms the case of classroom teaching in reflective teaching based on network environment. Based on the above research, the conclusions of this paper are as follows: information skills are the basis for solving reflective teaching problems, and carrying out reflective teaching activities under the network environment is an important way to promote teachers' professional development; The use of Blog can promote teachers' self-reflection, and the use of internet communication can promote teachers' mutual reflection. The problems to be solved in this study are: how to evaluate reflective teaching based on network? How to design and develop a professional reflective teaching network environment platform?
