日本基于课程标准评价范式的构建与启示

【摘要】：近些年,日本在反思相对评价弊端的基础上,积极推进基于标准的评价改革,他们的基本做法是,确立以“生存能力”为核心的课程目标,制定可操作的评价标准,研制判断学习目标达成度的基准。这些变革对我国课程评价改革的启示是,评价应以课程目标为基础,应正视新课程标准中评价标准缺失的不足。
[Abstract]:In recent years, on the basis of reflecting on the drawbacks of relative evaluation, Japan has actively promoted the reform of standards-based evaluation. Their basic practice is to establish curriculum objectives with "viability" as the core, and to formulate operational evaluation standards. A benchmark is developed to judge the degree of achievement of learning goals. The enlightenment of these changes to the curriculum evaluation reform in China is that the evaluation should be based on the curriculum objectives and should face up to the deficiencies of the evaluation standards in the new curriculum standards.
