北京清华大学各个时期办学理念形成和发展探究

【摘要】:大学的办学理念是人们对大学办学中的基本问题的理性认识、价值判断和理想追求,具有很强的实践指导性。清华大学的办学理念是随着时代的变化,在不断适应我国社会发展中逐渐形成和发展起来的,这个过程也是几代清华人追寻大学理想、殚力于大学内在价值追求的过程。清华大学在百年来的发展历程中,办学理念几经变化,体现出清华人在不同历史时期对于大学是什么、为什么办大学、怎样办大学等问题的哲学思考,这个过程是几代清华人在实践中精心勾勒大学蓝图,不断找寻大学理想殚力于大学内在价值追求的过程。本文试图对清华大学不同时期的办学理念进行分析探讨,,希望梳理出一个清晰的脉络。本文主体部分共分为六章。 第一章主要阐述了本文的研究意义、所涉及的概念进行分析、研究现状、研究内容与研究方法; 第二章阐述了从清华学堂到清华学校的转变; 第三章主要介绍周诒春和曹云祥在清华学堂至清华学校时期的办学理念; 第四章主要介绍罗家伦和梅贻琦在国立清华时期的办学理念; 第五章主要介绍新清华时期的办学理念; 第六章介绍今日清华的办学理念。
[Abstract]:The idea of running a university is the rational understanding, value judgment and ideal pursuit of the basic problems in running a university. The idea of running a school of Tsinghua University is formed and developed with the change of times, which is also the process of several generations of Tsinghua people pursuing the ideal of university and pursuing the intrinsic value of the university. In the course of the development of Tsinghua University in the past 100 years, the idea of running a school has changed several times, which reflects the philosophical thinking of Tsinghua people in different historical periods about what a university is, why they run a university, how to run a university, and so on. This process is a process in which several generations of Tsinghua people elaborate the university blueprint in practice and constantly seek the university ideal power to pursue the intrinsic value of the university. This paper tries to analyze and discuss the idea of running a school in different periods of Tsinghua University, hoping to sort out a clear thread. The main body of this paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter mainly describes the significance of this paper, the concept involved in the analysis, research status, research content and research methods; The second chapter expounds the change from Tsinghua school to Tsinghua school. The third chapter mainly introduces Zhou Yichun and Cao Yunxiang's idea of running a school from Tsinghua School to Tsinghua School. The fourth chapter mainly introduces Luo Jialun and Mei Yiqi's idea of running a school in the period of National Tsinghua. The fifth chapter mainly introduces the idea of running a school in the New Tsinghua period. The sixth chapter introduces the idea of today's Tsinghua school.
