【摘要】:培养拔尖创新人才是21世纪以来我国实现人才强国战略的重大举措,是提高自主创新能力、建设创新型国家的关键。随着20世纪90年代“基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划”的推进,拔尖创新人才培养模式如雨后春笋层出不穷,然而,由于缺乏科学评价和比较研究,众多的拔尖创新人才培养模式无不存在诸多的不足,各高校自说自话的现象比较普遍,因此,对我国高校拔尖创新人才培养模式的深度研究势在必行。 论文包括四个方面的内容: 第一部分论述了研究的背景与缘起,提出拔尖创新人才培养模式有待进一步完善的问题,对相关文献进行综述;第二部分详细介绍了我国部分高校的拔尖创新人才培养模式,并分析了不同人才培养模式的现状;为了更加深入地了解现有拔尖创新人才培养模式,第三部分通过将部分高校的培养模式进行比较分析,具体从培养目标、选拔机制、学科基础、导师制度、学院建制和培养成果等六个方面来总结其特点与问题,能够直观地对我国当前高校的拔尖创新人才培养模式进行研究;第四部分讨论如何构建高质量拔尖创新人才培养模式,首先分析了高质量拔尖创新人才培养模式的要素和其运行的保障条件,然后提出构建高质量拔尖创新人才培养模式的措施。 高校拔尖创新人才的培养是一个复杂的系统工程,而高质量拔尖创新人才培养模式能够化繁为简,本文系统总结了六所高校的拔尖创新人才培养模式,希望对我国高校有所裨益。同时,各高校在建设拔尖创新人才培养模式上,既要学习其他高校的经验,又要结合自身实际,最终形成各具特色、多样化的拔尖创新人才培养模式。
[Abstract]:It is an important measure for our country to realize the strategy of strengthening the country by talents since 21th century, and it is also to improve the ability of independent innovation. The key to building an innovative country. With the promotion of the "pilot Program for training Top students in basic disciplines" in 1990s, the training model of top-notch and innovative talents is springing up in endlessly, however. Due to the lack of scientific evaluation and comparative study, there are many deficiencies in the training model of the top-notch innovative talents, and the phenomenon of self-talk in colleges and universities is relatively common. It is imperative to study the training mode of innovative talents at the top of colleges and universities in China. The thesis includes four aspects: The first part discusses the background and origin of the research, puts forward the top innovative talents training model to be further improved, and summarizes the relevant literature; In the second part, the author introduces in detail the top innovative talents training mode of some colleges and universities in China, and analyzes the present situation of different talent training models. In order to better understand the existing top-notch innovative talent training model, the third part through the comparative analysis of the training model of some colleges and universities, specifically from the training objectives, selection mechanism, subject basis, mentor system. This paper summarizes its characteristics and problems from six aspects, such as the establishment of colleges and the achievements of cultivation, and can directly study the training mode of innovative talents at the top of colleges and universities in our country at present. Part 4th discusses how to construct the training mode of high quality and top innovative talents. Firstly, it analyzes the elements of the mode and the guarantee conditions of its operation. Then it puts forward the measures of constructing high-quality and top-notch innovative talents training mode. It is a complex system engineering to train the top innovative talents in colleges and universities, and the training mode of high quality innovative talents can be simplified into complex ones. This paper systematically summarizes the training models of the top innovative talents in six colleges and universities. At the same time, colleges and universities should not only learn from the experience of other universities, but also combine their own reality to form their own characteristics. Diversified top-notch innovative talent training model.
