江西省民办高校教师胜任力研究

【摘要】:如今,民办高等教育已是我国高等教育体系中举足轻重、不可或缺的力量。近年来,江西省民办高等教育办学和发展成就有目共睹,改革创新成效明显。但是,仍然存在制约发展的“桎梏”和“瓶颈”,需要多方着力寻求深层次、实质性突破。其中,教师作为民办高校的有生力量和人力资源,对于民办高等教育发展具有重要影响,而“胜任力”是发挥教师作用、推动发展的关键性因素。因此,对“胜任力”开展研究,能为民办高等教育发展提供动力和支持。 本论文从民办高校人力资源现状、教师素质能力等角度,探索和研究适合江西省民办高校的教师胜任力模型,能够套用不同学科、年级和岗位教师,真正运用到人力资源管理和教师素质能力提高当中,努力形成教师与岗位相匹配的“双赢”局面。为此,本文运用科学的方式、精确的方法对民办高校教师的胜任力开展衡量和研究,相信在教育体制改革和相关扶持政策的促进下,能进一步改善民办高等教育的内外环境,进一步提高民办高校的教学水平和管理层次,进一步加快推动民办高等教育更好更快发展。所以,本论文采用文献法、事件访谈法、问卷调查法等,,对民办高校教师胜任力开展研究,探索民办高校教师胜任力模型构建,并从政府、高校、教师层面给出江西省民办高校培养教师胜任力的建议和对策。
[Abstract]:Today, private higher education is important in China's higher education system, an indispensable force. In recent years, Jiangxi private higher education development and achievements of reform and innovation effect is obvious. Obvious to people, but there are still restricting the development of the "shackles" and "bottle neck", requires a lot of efforts to find a deep, substantive breakthrough which, as teachers of private colleges and the effective strength of human resources, has an important influence on the development of private higher education, and the "competency" is a play to the role of teachers, the key factor of promoting development. Therefore, the competency research, can provide the impetus and support for the development of private higher education.
This paper from the current situation of human resources in private universities, perspective of teachers' quality and ability, explore and research for private universities in Jiangxi province teacher competency model can be applied in different disciplines, grade and position of teachers, the real use of the human resources management and improve the ability of teachers' quality, teachers and job matching efforts to form a "win-win" situation. For this reason, using scientific methods, accurate methods for the competency of teachers in private colleges to carry out measurement and research, I believe in promoting the reform of education system and the relevant supporting policies, to further improve the internal and external environment of private higher education, private colleges and universities to further improve the teaching level and management level, to further accelerate the private higher better the faster development of education. Therefore, this paper adopts the method of literature, interview method, questionnaire survey method, the private university teachers competency development This paper explores the construction of the competency model of teachers in private universities, and gives suggestions and countermeasures from the government, universities and teachers level to cultivate teachers' competency in Jiangxi private universities.
