【摘要】:近十年来,在国家积极鼓励多种形式办学和高校大幅度扩招的背景下,我国高等教育得到了迅速发展。由普通高等院校按新机制和新模式创办的独立学院也得到了快速发展,伴随着规模上的扩大也导致了毕业人数不断增加。同时受全球经济形势的影响,国内外许多企业纷纷缩小规模。人员招聘数量也相应减少。在这种大环境的作用下大学生就业问题日益凸显。面对这种情况,如何在保持目前办学规模稳步增长的前提下,推动独立学院就业工作的开展,不断提升独立学院大学生就业能力,使其顺利实现就业目标已经成为全社会普遍关注的一个重大问题。当前独立学院学生的就业目标是否清晰,就业观是否正确,就业能力是否得到锻炼,相关专业技能是否扎实,都成为影响其就业目标实现的主要因素。 本文主要在分析独立学院学生的就业能力状况的基础上就如何提升学生就业能力的问题就行了研究。首先,对我国当前独立学院学生的就业能力状况进行了分析,归纳了独立学院大学生就业能力的优势,指出了学生就业能力方面存在的不足,主要是理论知识较差,专业技能不强;心理负重、自卑心理较强,缺乏良好的自我效能感;学习自主性差,依赖性强;职业生涯定位模糊,缺乏明确的就业目标。同时,指出了影响大学生就业目标实现的原因和社会原因。紧接着针对独立学院学生就业能力不足,从加强内部建设,提升学院就业指导能力,多种举措,提升独立学院大学生的就业能力两方面提出几点策略,以多方位推动大学生就业工作的开展,促进独立学院毕业生就业能力的提高。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, to encourage various forms of education and the university increased enrollment in the country under the background of higher education in China has been developing rapidly. The independent college founded by colleges and universities according to the new mechanism and new mode has also been a rapid development, with the expansion of the scale has also led to the increasing number of graduates. At the same time, the impact of the global economic situation, many domestic and foreign enterprises have reduced size. The number of staff recruitment is correspondingly reduced. In this environment, under the influence of the employment problem of college students has become increasingly prominent. In this situation, how to maintain a steady growth in the size of school premises under the employment of independent college development, increasing employment the ability of independent college students, to achieve the goal of employment has become a major issue of common concern of the whole society. The independent college students' employment goal is Whether it is clear, whether the employment outlook is correct, whether the employability is exercised or not, whether the related professional skills are solid or not has become the main factor affecting the realization of the employment goal.
In this paper, based on the analysis of the independent college students' employment ability on how to improve the students' employment ability problem is studied. First of all, on China's current situation of independent college students' employment ability is analyzed, summarizes the employment ability of independent college students, pointed out the shortcomings of students' employment ability. Is mainly theoretical knowledge poor professional skills is not strong; psychological burden, a strong inferiority complex, lack of good self-efficacy; learning autonomy, strong dependence; fuzzy positioning of occupation career, the lack of a clear career goal. At the same time, pointed out the reasons and social reasons for employment of College Students. Then aiming at the target the employment ability of independent college students, from strengthening the internal construction, enhance the ability of college employment guidance, a variety of initiatives to enhance independent college students employment ability of the two party Some strategies are put forward to promote the employment of college students in many directions and improve the employment ability of the graduates of independent colleges.
