美国院校研究“学术年会”的组织特点及启示

【摘要】：学术年度会议的召开对于专业领域内研究成果的交流、学术困惑的研讨、专业发展方向的引导以及初入门者的学术兴趣培养与研究能力的提升有着不可或缺的积极作用。美国院校研究协会学术年度会议在组织理念、会议期限、参会资格、会议形式、效果评估以及会议所倡导的人文关怀等具体环节存在着颇为值得我们学习与借鉴的经验。积极地借鉴美国院校研究协会学术年度会议的组织经验,并且对于我国学术年度会议行政化的管理理念和形式化的管理制度以及偏爱旅游的管理过程的理性反思,从而为我国学术年度会议管理制度的改革与完善提供必要的域外参考。
[Abstract]:The annual academic conference for the exchange of research results in the professional field, academic confusion of the discussion. The orientation of professional development and the cultivation of academic interest and the promotion of research ability of entrants play an indispensable and positive role. The annual academic conference of the American Academy Research Association is organized on the concept and duration of the meeting. Qualifications and format of meetings. The effect evaluation and the humanistic care advocated by the conference have some experiences that we should learn from and draw lessons from, and actively learn from the organization experience of the annual academic conference of the American Association of College and Research. And to our country academic annual conference administrative management idea and the formalized management system as well as the preference tourism management process rational reflection. Therefore, it provides the necessary foreign reference for the reform and perfection of the management system of our country's academic annual conference.
