【摘要】：论文分析了西方民主思潮的含义、主要的思想流派及其本质特征,特别是在世纪之交中国特色社会主义建设过程中,西方民主思潮的传入及对当代大学生思想产生的影响,分析了产生这些影响的复杂原因,提出要使大学生成为中国特色社会主义事业的坚定信仰者和模范实践者,就必须在思想上坚定中国特色社会主义民主制度的信仰。随着信息全球化程度的大幅提高,世界民主化浪潮不可避免地对我国产生了相当程度的冲击。大学生作为思想最活跃的群体,或通过阅读报刊杂志,或通过浏览网络信息,或通过专业课、理论课的学习等等途径,受到了西方民主思潮的冲击。这一方面有利于大学生解放思想、开拓眼界,形成民主与自由意识,提高他们政治参与的热情,抵制封建和专制的观念,但另一方面,我们也不得不看到,各类带有很大宣传性质的西方“民主”信息,也会影响大学生对马克思主义的坚定信仰,动摇他们建设中国特色社会主义民主的信念。从实质上看,西方民主思潮是对大学生的“和平演变”的工具。通过对大学生进行社会主义核心价值体系教育,使大学生坚定马克思主义指导思想和中国特色社会主义共同理想；加强高校政治理论课教育效果,补足政治理论知识,使大学生打牢正确辨析西方民主思潮的理论基础；在大学生中全面开展国情教育、社会实践活动,使大学生正确认识改革开放和社会主义现代化建设事业取得的巨大成就；加强对大学生的国际形势教育,使大学生看到社会主义民主将迎来振兴和发展新高潮的前景。总之,通过对大学生进行思想、理论、实践、前景四个方面的引导,最终能使他们正确认识世情国情,客观辨析西方民主思潮,划清西方民主和中国特色社会主义民主间的界限,坚定中国特色社会主义民主的理想信念。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the western democratic thought the meaning, essence and characteristics of the main schools of thought, especially at the turn of the century Chinese socialist construction process, the introduction of Western democratic thought and influence on contemporary college students thought, analyzes the complex reasons for these effects, put forward to make students become the cause of socialism with China firm characteristics believers and model practitioners must firmly Chinese characteristics in thought of the socialist democratic system of beliefs.
With the degree of information globalization is greatly improved, the democratic tide inevitably had a considerable impact on China's college students. As the thought of the most active groups, or by reading newspapers and magazines, or by browsing the network information, or through professional courses, theory courses of study and so on, by the western democratic thought of the impact. This is good for the students to emancipate the mind, broaden my horizons, the formation of democracy and freedom consciousness, improve their enthusiasm for political participation, and resistance to the feudal autocratic idea, but on the other hand, we also must see, the western "democracy" of all kinds of information with great propaganda, will affect college students' belief in the Marx doctrine the construction of socialist democratic China shake their faith. In essence, the western democratic thought on College Students "peaceful evolution" tool.
Based on the socialist core value system of the students education, so that students in the firm Marx ideology and Chinese socialism common ideal; strengthen the effect of education of college political theory courses, political theory knowledge. To enable students to lay a solid theoretical basis for correct discrimination of Western democratic thoughts; to carry out a comprehensive national education among college students, social practice, college students a correct understanding of great achievements in reform and opening up and socialist modernization progress; strengthen the international situation education of college students, so that students see social democracy will usher in a new upsurge of revitalization and development prospect. In a word, through the thought on College Students' theory and practice, four aspects of future guidance, will finally help them recognize the world the situation, objectively analyze the western democratic thought, draw the western democracy and China social characteristics The boundary between justice and democracy and the ideal and belief of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics.
