旅游院校毕业生供需错位的实证解读

【摘要】：本文针对当前旅游院校人才供需错位的现状,通过对广东省旅游企业的问卷调研,分析旅游企业对旅游院校毕业生的需求水平、需求层次、招聘策略、流失状况、能力素质等问题的观点和看法,从企业需求的视角,对旅游院校的教育理念、培养目标、教学内容等进行反思。同时,提出根据企业和市场需求,科学定位培养目标,全面改革教学内容,提升学生综合素质能力等建议。
[Abstract]:In view of the current situation of the mismatch of talent supply and demand in tourism colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the demand level, demand level and recruitment strategy of tourism enterprises for graduates of tourism colleges through the questionnaire investigation of tourism enterprises in Guangdong province. From the point of view of enterprise demand, this paper reflects on the educational concept, training goal and teaching content of tourism colleges and universities. At the same time, it puts forward that according to the needs of enterprises and markets. Scientific orientation of training objectives, comprehensive reform of teaching content, improve students' comprehensive quality and other suggestions.
