“卓越工程师”培养中高校思想政治教育的创新研究

【摘要】：为改革高等工程教育,教育部提出了“卓越工程师教育培养计划”,旨在培养造就一批具有较强创造力和较强社会适应能力的高质量的各类型工程技术人才。在“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的实施过程中,国内高校清晰的意识到在新的培养模式下,思想政治教育在内容、方法上都存在一定的不适应性,新要求的提出推动着新思路的开展,因此,思想政治教育的创新研究具有重要的意义。我国的国内对“卓越工程师”的研究起步较晚,对思想政治教育对它的影响的研究也为数不多。在工程教育改革的背景下,调整思想政治教育的内容、方法不仅能够推动工程教育的改革的步伐,也能够更好的实现思想政治教育的教育目标。面对新形势、新任务,高校思想政治教育尚存在一些有待改进的薄弱环节,比如针对性、适应性、时效性不强,工作方法单一等,高校思想政治教育的创新研究迫在眉睫,本文就是以探求新形势下思想政治教育的创新发展为目的的。文章首先对“卓越工程师教育培养计划”以及思想政治教育的理论进行了简单的梳理并在此基础上分析了高校思想政治教育在工程教育改革的背景下存在的问题,并对造成这一现状的原因进行了探讨；然后通过分析原因提出相应的对策,并大量借鉴了国外道德教育的成功经验。
[Abstract]:In order to reform the higher engineering education , the Ministry of Education has put forward the Education and Training Plan for Excellence Engineers , which aims to train a number of engineering talents with high quality with strong creativity and strong social adaptability . Firstly , the author makes a brief analysis of the theory of " Excellent Engineer Education Culture Plan " and ideological and political education , analyses the problems existing in the background of the reform of ideological and political education in colleges and universities , discusses the causes of the present situation , and puts forward corresponding countermeasures by analyzing the reasons , and draws on the successful experience of foreign moral education .
