【摘要】:据教育部发布的高校毕业生规模消息,2012年毕业生规模达到680万人,毕业人数创新高,大学生就业任务艰巨。随着就业难问题的不断持续,,创业思想逐渐在大学生中漫延。大学生创业既能有效解决自身就业问题,还能给他人提供就业机会,已经成为大学生就业的一个重要途径。但是由于部分创业大学生的自身素质以及创业能力不够,当前大学生创业成功率很低。如何判断大学生是否具备创业能力,成为高校就业教育的重要课题。为了便于课题的顺利开展,我们将河北工业大学、河北科技大学、河北理工大学以及河北工程大学的毕业大学生作为主要研究对象,重点探讨地方院校工科大学生创业能力的评价问题,希望能给学校就业教育以及准备创业的大学生提供一些参考。 本研究首先运用文献调研和专家访谈法构建大学生创业能力结构,形成创业能力框架。接着,结合能力框架进行创业能力测评量表编制,经过小样本测试并对量表进行修正形成正式量表。采用正式测试量表对周边四所工科院校大学生的创业能力现状进行测评以了解当前地方院校工科大学生创业能力水平。 本研究的主要研究成果和结论包括以下两个方面: (1)编制了符合测量学指标要求的创业能力测评量表 该量表包括56个项目,7个能力维度,包括创业原动力、机会把握力、资源整合力、创业坚毅力、关系胜任力、创新创业力和实践学习力。该量表的α信度系数达到0.933;分量表与总量表之间的相关度集中在0.857**~0.896**之间,说明该量表性能良好,可以推广使用。 (2)测量了地方院校大学生创业能力水平 当前地方院校的大学生创业能力水平从低到高依次为:创业坚毅力、关系胜任力、创新创业力、实践学习力、机会把握力、创业原动力和资源整合力。在年级、学科和性别三个纬度上,都呈现出差异。 (3)为地方院校大学生创业能力培养提出建议 从大学生自身、学校以及社会三个方面来总结:大学生要加强实践学习,提高自身综合素质;学校要建立完善的创业教育体系;积极调动全社会的力量,优化大学生创业环境。
[Abstract]:According to the scale of college graduates information issued by the Ministry of education, college graduates in 2012 reached 6 million 800 thousand, record high number of graduates employment of college students, the task is arduous. With the difficult employment problem continued, entrepreneurial ideas gradually spread among college students. College students can effectively solve their employment problems, but also to others to provide employment opportunities, has become a an important way for college students' employment. But because of some entrepreneurial university students' own quality and entrepreneurial ability is not enough, the entrepreneurial success rate is very low. How to determine whether students with entrepreneurial skills, has become an important topic of employment education in colleges and universities. In order to facilitate the task smoothly, we will be Hebei University of Technology, Hebei University Of Science and Technology, Hebei Polytechnic University and the Hebei University of Engineering graduate students as the main object of study, focusing on the local university hospital janitors Evaluation of students entrepreneurial ability, hoping to provide some reference for school education and college students employment preparation.
In this study, using literature research and expert interview method construction of College Students' entrepreneurial ability structure, the formation of entrepreneurial ability framework. Then, combined with the competency framework compiled entrepreneurial ability evaluation scale, through the small sample test and the questionnaire was modified to form the formal scale. The formal test scale of entrepreneurship ability of college students around the four colleges of engineering the evaluation in order to understand the current local engineering colleges students' entrepreneurial ability level.
The main research results and conclusions of this study include the following two aspects:
(1) developed comply with the requirements of surveying index of entrepreneurial competence scale
The scale consists of 56 items, including 7 dimensions, driving force, opportunity grasp, integration of resources, entrepreneurial perseverance, relational competence, innovation and practice of learning ability. The scale coefficient reached 0.933; subscale and total scale correlation between the degree of concentration in 0.857** to 0.896**, which indicates that the scale has good performance and can be widely used.
(2) where the level of College Students' entrepreneurial ability measurement
The local college students' entrepreneurial ability level from low to high as follows: Entrepreneurial perseverance, relational competence, innovation and entrepreneurship practice, learning ability, opportunity grasp force, driving force and resource integration. In the year, discipline and gender in three aspects are different.
(3) put forward the proposal for the local college students' entrepreneurial ability cultivation
From the students themselves, school and society three aspects to summarize: college students should strengthen the practice of learning, improve their comprehensive quality; the school should establish and improve the system of entrepreneurship education; mobilize all social forces, to optimize the entrepreneurial environment of college students.
