社会性别意识下的女硕士生就业问题研究

【摘要】：男女平等就业是我国一直追求的目标,但是随着国家扩招政策和研究生就业政策的转变,拥有高学历、高知识层次、高素质的女研究生却在就业过程中彰显出很多问题。如果她们不能顺利合理就业将使国家损失不少宝贵的人力资源、影响国家对人才的长期规划,而且对研究生自身职业发展也有很大影响。为了更好的把握当前女硕士研究生的就业情况,从而分析女研究生就业不顺利背后的原因。本研究选取中国海洋大学、青岛大学、青岛理工大学、青岛科技大学等4所院校的研究生作为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式取得相关信息,并通过对他们的就业期望、就业的性别因素、就业过程和就业质量的性别比较了解到上述学生的就业情况及存在的问题,然后在此基础上找出影响女研究生就业的多重原因,可以归结为传统社会观念、高校培养过程和就业单位市场经济化行为。女硕士研究生就业是一个社会问题,它的解决理应需要来自社会各方面的共同努力。本文从六个方面提出了解决女研究毕业生的对策建议：转变观念、社会支持、政府完善的法律法规、全面的人才培养模式、企业观念的转变和女研究生自身的努力等。
[Abstract]:Equality between men and women in employment has been the goal of our country, but with the national enrollment expansion policy and graduate employment policy changes, with high education, high level of knowledge. High quality female graduate students in the process of employment highlights a lot of problems. If they can not get a smooth and reasonable employment will make the country lose a lot of valuable human resources and affect the long-term planning of talent. Moreover, it also has a great influence on the postgraduates' professional development. In order to better grasp the current employment situation of female graduate students, so as to analyze the reasons behind the employment of female graduate students. This study selected China Ocean University, Qingdao University, Qingdao University of Technology. Qingdao University of Science and Technology and other four graduate students as the research object, through the way of questionnaires to obtain relevant information, and through their employment expectations, employment gender factors. The gender comparison of the employment process and the quality of employment reveals the employment situation of the above students and the existing problems, and then finds out the multiple reasons that affect the employment of female graduate students on this basis, which can be attributed to the traditional social concept. The training process of colleges and universities and the market economy behavior of employment units. The employment of female graduate students is a social problem, and its solution should come from the joint efforts of all aspects of society. This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for solving female graduate students from six aspects: changing ideas. Social support, government perfect laws and regulations, comprehensive talent training model, change of enterprise concept and female graduate students' own efforts.
