新安全观视域下大学生国防教育研究

【摘要】：古今中外的许多历史经验都证明了一个国家,一个民族,要想能够生存和发展,有效的抵御外敌入侵,其精神防御的重要,往往并不低于物质防御。国防是民族生存之盾,国防意识则是民族生存之魂。公民国防意识的强弱,关系到国家的强弱和民族的兴衰。而当代大学生作为中华民族未来的建设者更应该具有较高的国防意识。在世界多极化、经济全球化的趋势下,中国所积极倡导的新安全观,反映了中国政府对国家安全问题的全新理解和战略思考。高校国防教育对提高大学生国防意识,保卫国家安全具有重要意义,也引起了党和国家的高度重视。在新安全观的指导下,大学生国防教育已经成为一个理论前沿问题。本文主要目的是在新安全观视域下研究大学生国防教育,为大学生国防教育改革作垫脚石。阐述了新安全观的基本内涵和特点；分析了新安全观对大学生国防教育所产生的影响；论证了新安全观下加强大学生国防教育的重要性；调查研究了大学生国防教育的现状；表述了改革大学生国防教育的对策。本文通过论证得出以下结论：在新安全观视域下大学生国防教育应该突破以往形式单一、内容陈旧的模式,扩充大学生国防教育的教学内容,加深大学生国防教育的理论深度,增强大学生国防教育的兴趣程度；加强组织领导,保障国防教育培养目标的完成；加强法制建设,实现国防教育的制度化和法制化；加强师资培训,建设一支思想稳定、业务娴熟的国防教育专职教师队伍；改革和完善教学机制,建立按纲施教的制度；完善评价体系,着眼于国防教育的长远发展要求,强化评价体系的导向作用,树立公平公正的国防教育评价体系。
[Abstract]:Many historical experiences at all times and in all over the world have proved the importance of a nation's spiritual defense in order to survive and develop and effectively resist the invasion of foreign enemies. National defense is the shield of national survival, national defense consciousness is the soul of national survival, and citizen's national defense consciousness is strong and weak. It is related to the strength of the country and the rise and fall of the nation, and contemporary college students, as the builders of the future of the Chinese nation, should have a higher sense of national defense. In the trend of multi-polarization and economic globalization, China has actively advocated a new security concept. This reflects the new understanding and strategic thinking of the Chinese government on the issue of national security. National defense education in colleges and universities plays an important role in raising the awareness of national defense among college students and safeguarding national security. Under the guidance of the new security concept, the national defense education of college students has become a theoretical frontier problem. The main purpose of this paper is to study the national defense education of college students from the perspective of the new security concept, and to serve as a stepping stone for the reform of the national defense education of college students, and to expound the basic connotation and characteristics of the new security concept. The influence of the new security concept on the national defense education of college students is analyzed. The importance of strengthening the national defense education of college students under the new security concept is demonstrated. The present situation of national defense education of college students is investigated and studied. The countermeasures to reform the national defense education of college students are described. In this paper, the following conclusions are reached: under the new security concept, the national defense education of college students should break through the former mode of single form and the old content, and expand the teaching content of the national defense education of college students. Deepen the theoretical depth of national defense education of college students, enhance the degree of interest in national defense education of college students; Strengthen the organization and leadership to ensure the accomplishment of the goal of national defense education; Strengthen the construction of legal system and realize the institutionalization and legalization of national defense education; Strengthen teacher training, build a stable and professional national defense education full-time teachers; Reform and improve the teaching mechanism and establish the system of teaching according to the principles; Improve the evaluation system, focus on the long-term development requirements of national defense education, strengthen the guiding role of the evaluation system, set up a fair and just national defense education evaluation system.
