大学非通用语种专业人才培养策略和实践

【摘要】：开发非通用外语人才培养需进行诸多问题探讨。发展策略上需研究非通用外语人才需求层次、语种数量、专业规模布局、专业建设政策等。教学实践上需探索在全球化背景下我国非通用外语人才的培养目标与模式、教学内容和课程体系等,形成有国情特色的非通用外语人才培养体系。根据人才市场要求、招生规模和多年实践经验,非通用语种本科人才可实行"以双外语教学制为基础,培养外语通才"和"以国际化手段培养国际型人才"的策略。
[Abstract]:To develop non-universal foreign language talents, many problems need to be discussed. In the development strategy, it is necessary to study the level of demand for non-universal foreign language talents, the number of languages, and the distribution of professional scale. Under the background of globalization, it is necessary to explore the training objectives and models, teaching content and curriculum system of non-universal foreign language talents in China. According to the requirements of the talent market, enrollment scale and many years of practical experience, the non-general-purpose language undergraduate talents can be implemented on the basis of the dual foreign language teaching system. The strategy of cultivating foreign language generalists and international talents by international means.
