【摘要】：近年来，随着数字技术的迅猛发展，新媒体己经被越来越多的人广泛关注和熟练运用。新媒体时代的到来，正在深刻地影响着经济社会的发展变革和人们的思想观念、价值取向、行为方式等。当代大学生作为一个年轻的群体，思想开放，对一切新鲜事物有着强烈的求知欲和接受能力。因此，在新媒体环境下，大学生群体所受影响也是最深刻、最鲜明的。高校学生管理工作是高等教育的重要组成部分，它是一个学校管理水平的重要标志，从很大程度上决定了学校的办学水平，影响着学生综合素质的高低。新媒体时代是一个机遇与挑战并存的时代。如何应对新媒体技术给高校学生工作带来的挑战，成为摆在学生工作者面前的迫切问题。高校的学生工作要正确认识并积极应对新媒体，发扬其利，避免其弊，在实践中探索出适应新媒体环境下的学生工作新模式。本文以新媒体和学生管理工作为研究对象，在充分总结现有理论成果的基础上，采用问卷调查法、访谈法、文献分析法进行分析研究。绪论部分简要阐释了本文的研究背景和意义，介绍了研究思路与研究方法，并对当前的学界研究作了简要述评。正文分为六个部分：首先，本文对国内外研究现状进行了简单的梳理。其次本文根据学术界主流观点界定了新媒体的内涵、特征和学生工作的概念。再次，本文通过问卷调查分析了大学生使用新媒体的现状，新媒体对及新媒体对大学生学习生活产生的影响。再次，本文介绍了高校在新媒体环境下如何进行学生工作的现状及存在的问题。最后，综合上文调查结果和现状分析，提出在新媒体环境下加强对大学生工作的思路与对策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of digital technology, new media has been paid more and more attention and skilled use. It is deeply affecting the development and transformation of economy and society and people's ideology, value orientation, behavior style, etc. As a young group, contemporary college students are open-minded. All new things have a strong desire for knowledge and the ability to accept. Therefore, in the new media environment, the impact on the college students is also the most profound. The most obvious. The university student management work is an important part of higher education, it is an important symbol of the school management level, to a large extent determines the school level. The new media era is an era of both opportunities and challenges. How to cope with the new media technology to college students work challenges. Students in colleges and universities should correctly understand and actively respond to the new media, carry forward its advantages, and avoid its disadvantages. In practice, explore a new mode of student work under the new media environment. This article takes the new media and the student management work as the research object, in the thorough summary existing theory achievement foundation, uses the questionnaire survey method, the interview method. The introduction briefly explains the research background and significance of this paper, introduces the research ideas and methods, and makes a brief review of the current academic research. The text is divided into six parts: First of all, this paper briefly combed the current research situation at home and abroad. Secondly, this paper defines the connotation, characteristics and the concept of student work according to the mainstream view of academia. This paper analyzes the current situation of college students' use of new media and the influence of new media on college students' study and life. Thirdly, this paper introduces the current situation and existing problems of student work in colleges and universities under the new media environment. Finally, based on the above investigation results and current situation analysis, the author puts forward some ideas and countermeasures to strengthen the college students' work under the new media environment.
