【摘要】：进行创业教育,促进学生全面发展,既是社会对高校教育提出的要求,也是高校教育发展的大趋势。与国外相比,我国创业教育起步较晚、发展尚未成熟,仍处在借鉴和模仿阶段,主要表现在:第一课堂创业教育内容不够全面、体系不够完善、成效不够明显,而第二课堂这一实践性强、灵活度高、覆盖面广的形式也并未有效地发挥作用。本论文试图打破第一课堂创业教育的局限性,通过理论分析和实证分析,探究第二课堂创业教育的作用并构建长效机制,为大学生创业教育和大学生创业、就业提供有力支持。本文按提出问题分析问题解决问题的思路,将分五个部分论述:第一部分绪论,包括本文的研究背景,国内外文献综述,研究内容及创新点和研究方法;第二部分理论分析,界定了第二课堂创业教育这一概念以及本文所运用到的基本理论,分析了第二课堂与大学生创业教育的相关性;第三部分实证分析,包括本文的调查方法、样本描述和结果分析,对问卷所反映的问题进行归纳统计;第四部分在学习型组织理论的基础上分析了第二课堂创业教育的优势与作用;第五部分在前面四章的基础上,构建了第二课堂创业教育中的长效机制。
[Abstract]:To carry out entrepreneurship education and promote students' all-round development is not only the demand of the society for higher education, but also the general trend of the development of higher education. Compared with foreign countries, entrepreneurship education in our country started later and has not yet developed. Still in the stage of reference and imitation, the main performance is: the first classroom entrepreneurship education content is not comprehensive, the system is not perfect enough, the effectiveness is not obvious, and the second classroom is practical and flexible. This paper attempts to break the limitations of the first classroom entrepreneurship education through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. Explore the role of the second classroom entrepreneurship education and build a long-term mechanism to provide strong support for college students' entrepreneurship education and university students' entrepreneurship and employment. This paper will be divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, including the research background, domestic and foreign literature review, research content and innovative points and research methods; The second part of the theoretical analysis, defines the concept of entrepreneurship education in the second classroom and the basic theory used in this paper, analyzes the correlation between the second classroom and entrepreneurship education of college students; The third part of the empirical analysis, including the survey method, sample description and analysis of the results of the questionnaire reflected by the problem of induction and statistics; Part 4th analyzes the advantages and functions of the second classroom entrepreneurship education on the basis of learning organization theory. On the basis of the previous four chapters, the 5th part constructs the long-term mechanism in the second classroom entrepreneurship education.
