【摘要】：美国研究型大学通过学习和借鉴德国大学模式中最有价值的要素,结合本国的民族文化传统,形成了独具特色的核心竞争力,其办学模式对世界各国高等教育产生着深刻影响。对美国研究型大学产生、发展及其竞争优势的阐释,对普林斯顿大学核心竞争力现状的详细分析,有助于对美国研究型大学的建设经验进行总结,进而为我国研究型大学及其核心竞争力的建设和发展提供指导和借鉴。
[Abstract]:By learning the most valuable elements of the German university model and combining the national cultural tradition, the American research universities have formed the unique core competitiveness. The mode of running a school has a profound impact on higher education around the world. It explains the emergence, development and competitive advantage of research universities in the United States, and analyzes in detail the present situation of Princeton University's core competitiveness. It is helpful to sum up the experience of the construction of American research universities and to provide guidance and reference for the construction and development of research universities and their core competitiveness in China.
