文化管理视域下的高校学生事务管理研究

【摘要】：从经验管理到科学管理、再到文化管理,是现代管理理论发展的趋势。文化管理是通过文化影响人的思想和行为,通过价值观念和组织精神的培育,促进人的自我实现和发展的现代管理模式。作为一种以人为中心,以塑造价值观为手段的管理模式,文化管理下的高校学生事务管理也应该是超越规范的,注重文化价值和追求的管理模式。目前,我国大部分高校的学生事务管理仍采用的是严格的制度管理模式,忽视了学生的个性发展和情感需要,不利于高校以及高校学生的成长和发展。在文化管理视域下对高校学生事务管理进行研究有着非常重要的现实意义。本研究将企业文化管理理论引入到高校学生事务管理中,从高校学生事务管理面临的现状出发,在分析相关理论的基础上,试图从构建高校学生事务文化管理模式的理论和路径两个方面来进行探讨。本文共分为六个部分：第一章绪论部分介绍了本文的选题背景,相关概念界定、文献综述、研究的目的、意义、思路、方法以及创新点和不足；第二章对大学、大学文化以及其与学生事务管理之间的关系进行了论述；第三章简要回顾了高校学生事务管理的发展演进,总结了演变过程中呈现出的主要特征,并对传统学生事务管理存在的问题进行分析；第四章在文化管理的视角下对高校学生事务管理的内涵、特征、理论基础、原则等进行阐述；第五章提出了构建学生事务文化管理模式的内涵、意义、理念以及文化管理模式对学生事务管理的适用性；第六章提出了构建学生事务文化管理模式的路径,包括学生事务管理机制的转换和策略分析。结语部分总结全文,并探讨了本研究存在的问题及下一步研究方向。
[Abstract]:From experience management to scientific management to cultural management is the trend of the development of modern management theory. Cultural management is through culture to influence people's thoughts and behaviors, through the cultivation of values and organizational spirit. The modern management mode of promoting the self-realization and development of human being. As a kind of management mode which takes the person as the center and molds the values as the means, the university student affairs management under the cultural management should also be beyond the norm. At present, the student affairs management of most colleges and universities in our country still adopts the strict system management mode, neglecting the students' personality development and emotional needs. It is not conducive to the growth and development of universities and college students. It is of great practical significance to study the student affairs management in colleges and universities from the perspective of cultural management. This study introduces the enterprise culture management theory into the university student affairs management, from the university student affairs management faces the present situation, in the analysis related theory foundation. This paper attempts to probe into the theory and path of constructing the cultural management mode of college student affairs. This paper is divided into six parts: the first chapter introduces the background of the topic, the definition of relevant concepts, literature review, the purpose, significance, ideas, methods, innovations and deficiencies; The second chapter discusses the relationship between university, university culture and student affairs management. The third chapter briefly reviews the development and evolution of college student affairs management, summarizes the main characteristics of the evolution process, and analyzes the problems existing in the traditional student affairs management. Chapter 4th expounds the connotation, characteristics, theoretical basis and principles of college student affairs management from the perspective of cultural management. Chapter 5th puts forward the connotation, significance, concept and applicability of constructing the cultural management model of student affairs. Chapter 6th puts forward the path of constructing the management mode of student affairs culture, including the transformation of student affairs management mechanism and the analysis of strategies. The existing problems of this study and the future research direction are also discussed.
