辽宁省高校辅导员职业价值观调查与研究

【摘要】：高校辅导员作为高等学校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分，具有教师和干部的双重身份，是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量，是大学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。他们的所作所为不仅直接影响大学生的健康成长，也直接影响和作用社会的持续、和谐、健康发展。辅导员对其职业的价值认识和看法直接影响着其教育管理行为和工作成效。辅导员职业价值观是指辅导员与工作有关的稳定的信念与评价系统，它影响并指引着辅导员的工作行为及其结果。辅导员职业价值观是价值观在辅导员职业生活中的反映，它不但决定了辅导员的职业选择和发展，还影响着辅导员的工作态度、工作行为及工作绩效。因此，，对辅导员职业价值观进行系统的研究具有重要的意义。本文在阐述辅导员职业价值观的相关概念、构成要素、主要类型和功能的基础上，通过对辽宁省各地60所高校的辅导员的职业价值观进行调查研究，结果显示，我国高校辅导员的职业价值观在总体上是积极向上的，但有部分辅导员存在职业价值目标模糊、职业价值取向趋利化、职业行为评价标准不一致和职业价值认同感低等问题。最后,针对辅导员职业价值观存在的主要问题提出了引导辅导员树立正确的职业价值观的对策：开展辅导员职业价值观的教育、完善有利于辅导员职业发展的制度、促进辅导员正确职业价值观的自我生成，以此来促进辅导员队伍的专业化建设。
[Abstract]:As an important part of college teachers and management team, college counselors have the dual identity of teachers and cadres, and they are the backbone of the ideological and political education of college students. They are the organizers, implementers and mentors of the daily ideological and political education and management of college students. Their actions not only directly affect the healthy growth of college students, but also directly affect and affect the continuity and harmony of the society. Healthy development. Counselors' recognition and view of their professional values directly affect their educational management behavior and work effectiveness. Counselors' professional values refer to a stable belief and evaluation system related to the work of counselors. It influences and guides the work behavior of counselors and their results. Counselors' professional values are the reflection of values in counselors' professional life. It not only determines the counselors' career choice and development. It also affects the work attitude, work behavior and job performance of the counselors. Therefore, it is of great significance to systematically study the counselors' professional values. On the basis of expounding the related concepts, elements, main types and functions of counselors' professional values, this paper investigates the professional values of counselors in 60 colleges and universities in Liaoning Province. The results show that the professional values of college counselors in our country are generally positive, but some counselors have vague goals of professional value, and the career value orientation tends to be more beneficial. The evaluation standard of professional behavior is inconsistent and the identity of professional value is low. Finally. Aiming at the main problems of counselors' professional values, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to guide counselors to set up correct vocational values: to carry out the education of counselors' professional values and to perfect the system conducive to the counselors' professional development. To promote the self-formation of counselors' correct professional values, so as to promote the professional construction of counselors.
