【摘要】:从基层学术组织结构入手,提出促进其改革的建议,进行组织结构创新,克服体育院校基层学术组织建设中的结构问题和制度障碍,对于加强学科之间的整合和联系,适应学科的交叉发展,提高自身的科研能力、教学能力、创新能力和竞争能力具有重要的理论意义,同时对推进我国体育交叉学科建设,促进体育学科交叉发展,提升体育科学研究创新能力具有重要的现实意义。 本文以引领我国体育学科研究方向与发展趋势的8所独立体育学院以及10所师范大学体育学院的基层学术组织为主要分析单位,综合运用文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法、历史法、个案法力求探索和反思我国体育院校基层学术组织所面临的问题及困境。通过历史溯源、经验借鉴、困境反思和改革建议,本文最终得出了如下4点结论: 1、组织结构决定组织的功能,我们应根据学科分化与交叉共存的发展规律来构建学术组织,以此促进学科的发展。 2、体育作为一门综合学科,正朝着远距离、大跨度的交叉方向发展,而体育院校中以学科分裂而建立的基层学术组织的科层化、单 一性、封闭性已经严重阻碍了体育学科的融合与发展。 3、借鉴国外名校先进的组织构建模式与革新经验,结合我国体育院校的实际情况和学科特点以问题意识为导向,构建研究基地、研究所、跨学科研究中心、课题组等多形式、多样化的基层学术组织是体育院校基层学术组织结构创新的选择路径。 4、基于学科交叉的视角运用组织理论进行分析我国体育院校大学基层学术组织所面临的困境,在宏观上实现纵向结构的扁平化、网络化,横向结构的灵便化、多样化,整体结构的弹性化、柔性化;在微观上实现形式上由单一化向多样化的转变、权利上由控权型向放权型的转化、架构上由封闭型向开放型的转进、研究范式上由学科本位向问题本位的转向的组织结构创新,构建共性和个性并存、综合与分化互补的组织结构将会促进体育学科的融合,推动体育科学研究的发展。
[Abstract]:Starting from the basic academic organization structure, put forward the reform proposals, organizational structure innovation, overcome the structural problems and system obstacles in the construction of sports college grassroots academic organizations, to strengthen the integration and connection between disciplines, to adapt to the development of interdisciplinary, improve their scientific research ability, teaching ability, has important theoretical significance and innovation ability and competition ability, at the same time to promote the sports discipline construction in China, promote the interdisciplinary development of sports discipline, has the important practical significance to enhance the innovation ability of sports science.
Grassroots academic organizations 8 independent college of physical education based on the guidance and direction of development of the discipline of sports in China and the trend of the 10 normal university sports institute as the main unit of analysis, the integrated use of literature, mathematical statistics, logical analysis, historical analysis, problems and difficulties for the case of mana exploration and Reflection on the grassroots academic organizations of sports colleges and universities in China are facing. Through history, experience, reflection and reform suggestions, this paper finally draws the following 4 conclusions:
1, the organizational structure determines the function of the organization. We should construct the academic organization according to the discipline differentiation and the law of cross and coexistence, in order to promote the development of the subject.
2, as a comprehensive discipline, sports is developing towards a long distance and large span, while the basic level academic organizations in sports colleges are divided by disciplines.
The nature of nature has seriously hindered the integration and development of physical education.
3, draw lessons from foreign universities advanced organization model and innovation experience, combined with the actual situation and the characteristics of the subject of sports colleges in China to issue oriented, Research Institute of building research base, the center for interdisciplinary research, task group and other forms, a variety of basic academic organization is the path choice of academic organization structure innovation of grassroots sports colleges.
4, interdisciplinary perspective using the organization theory of College grassroots academic organizations in Colleges in China are facing difficulties based on the flat, vertical structure in the macro network, the transverse structure of the flexible, diverse, flexible, the overall structure of the flexible; on the microcosmic form from a single to diversify the change from control right, the right to delegate type conversion architecture, from closed to open into the research paradigm, from subject standard to standard steering organizational structure innovation, build a common and coexist, comprehensive and differentiated complementary structure will promote the integration of physical education and promote the development of sports science research.
