社会转型期大学生理想人格及其塑造

【摘要】：随着改革开放的深入和市场经济的发展，我国的发展也进入了稳定、健康、快速的阶段，但是伴随的社会问题却与日俱增，存在的社会矛盾也走向愈演愈烈的道路。社会的转型给社会生活的每一个地方带来了巨大的变化，给社会成员的生活模式、行为方式带来了深刻的影响并且引起人们的思维方式、理想信念、价值判断、价值取向、道德观念等发生变迁。本文紧扣社会转型这一历史变革，立足于历史与逻辑的统一，对当前中国社会转型期大学生人格的现象及其成因进行深入的剖析，探讨了转型期我国大学生理想人格塑造的意义和内容，面临的机遇和挑战，并对当前大学生理想人格的塑造对策做出分析。社会转型期大学生人格出现依附性与主体性并存，封闭性与开放性并存、狭隘性与宽容性并存的现状。大学生目前的人格发展现状与转型期这一重要的历史特征是密切相关的，同时全球化经济的发展、市场经济的初步建立，教育的影响等也是导致当前大学生人格现状的重要原因。立足于当前大学生人格发展的现状，我们必须牢牢抓住社会转型这一伟大的历史契机，塑造符合当前经济政治发展的大学生理想人格显得尤为重要和关键。笔者也力求在社会转型期这一宏观的背景下，，对当前大学生理想人格塑造提出有建设性意义的对策，这也是本文的核心价值点之一。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up and the development of market economy, China's development has entered a stable, healthy and rapid stage, but the accompanying social problems are increasing. The transformation of society brings great changes to every place of social life and gives the life mode of the members of the society. The behavior style has brought profound influence and caused people's way of thinking, ideal and belief, value judgment, value orientation, moral concept and so on. Based on the unity of history and logic, this paper makes a deep analysis of the phenomenon and causes of college students' personality in the period of social transformation in China. This paper probes into the significance and content, opportunities and challenges of shaping the ideal personality of college students in China during the transition period, and makes an analysis of the countermeasures for shaping the ideal personality of college students at present. The personality of college students in the period of social transformation coexists with dependence and subjectivity, and coexists with openness and closeness. The present situation of college students' personality development is closely related to the important historical characteristics of the transition period. At the same time, the development of global economy and the initial establishment of market economy are closely related to the present situation of parochialism and tolerance. The influence of education is also an important reason leading to the present status of college students' personality. Based on the current status quo of college students' personality development, we must firmly grasp the great historical opportunity of social transformation. It is particularly important and key to mold the ideal personality of college students in line with the current economic and political development. It is also one of the core values of this paper to put forward constructive countermeasures to the shaping of college students' ideal personality.
