【摘要】：以人为本是科学发展观的核心,是思想政治教育的崭新理念和重要原则。以人为本理念在高校的应用,是顺应高校思想政治教育新形势、新要求的必然之举。发挥以人为本理念在高校思想政治教育中的效用,促进大学生思想政治教育工作更好、更快地发展,己成为教育工作者面临的一个亟待研究的重大课题。目前,理论界对在高校中引入人本思想的研究已经取得了一些成果,这些成果对在高校应用以人为本理念做了积极的探索,对从不同角度认识高校以人为本理念和推进教育实践都有极大的促进作用。但是,当前现有的成果还大多停留在理论层面,应用于教育实践的广度和深度仍有待于增强。以人为本理念在高校思想政治教育中的应用远远落后于教育形势的发展,因此,其在大学生思想政治教育拓展方面还有着较大的提升空间。当前对大学生的教育还面临着许多新的问题,思想政治教育的方式和方法还需要进一步总结和实施,这都有赖于思想政治教育学者和工作者的高度重视和推进。文章在现有的研究基础上,进一步剖析了以人为本理念的内涵和内在特征要求,深入考究了人本思想在当前思想政治教育中的体现。对我国以人为本视域下大学生思想政治教育进行了较为系统的分析和总结,分析“以人为本”的起源和发展。对以人为本的理论渊源进行追溯,列举了国内国外的人本思想,从西方的人本思想到当今“以人为本”的发展历程。引入“以人为本”的理念,解读“以人为本”的内涵,提出以人为本就是重视大学生的主体地位,肯定大学生的价值,满足大学生的需求。科学理性地研究了高校思想政治教育应用以人为本理念的方法经验,从思想政治教育的内容、方法、手段、教育理念等方面入手,寻找以人为本视域下大学生思想政治教育存在的问题及原因。提出以人为本视域下大学生思想政治教育的对策,包括提高教师队伍的素质,创新教育的方法与手段,丰富思想政治教育内容等等。对这些原因进行分析,提出对策,可以有效发挥思想政治教育的作用,实现“以人为本”与大学生思想政治教育的有机结合。
[Abstract]:People-oriented is the core of the scientific development concept and the new idea and important principle of ideological and political education. The application of people-oriented concept in colleges and universities is to conform to the new situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The inevitable move of the new requirements. Give play to the people-oriented concept in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, to promote the ideological and political education of college students better, faster development. It has become an important subject for educators to study. At present, the theorists have made some achievements on the introduction of humanism in colleges and universities, which has made a positive exploration on the application of people-oriented concept in colleges and universities. From different perspectives to understand the concept of people-oriented colleges and universities and promote educational practice have a great role. However, the current results are still mostly in the theoretical level. The application of people-oriented concept in ideological and political education in colleges and universities lags far behind the development of the educational situation. At present, there are still many new problems in the education of college students, and the ways and methods of ideological and political education need to be further summarized and implemented. This depends on ideological and political education scholars and workers attach great importance to and promote. On the basis of the existing research, the article further analyzes the connotation and inherent characteristics of the people-oriented concept. This paper makes a thorough study of the embodiment of humanism in the current ideological and political education, and makes a systematic analysis and summary of the ideological and political education of college students in the field of people-oriented in our country. This paper analyzes the origin and development of "people-oriented", traces the theoretical origin of "people-oriented", and enumerates the humanism thought at home and abroad. This paper introduces the concept of "people-oriented", interprets the connotation of "people-oriented", and puts forward that "people-oriented" is to attach importance to the main position of college students. Affirm the value of college students, meet the needs of college students. Scientifically and rationally studied the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to apply the people-oriented concept of the method experience, from the content of ideological and political education, methods, means. This paper tries to find out the problems and causes of ideological and political education of college students from the perspective of people-oriented, and puts forward the countermeasures of ideological and political education of college students from the perspective of people-oriented. It includes improving the quality of teachers, innovating the methods and means of education, enriching the contents of ideological and political education and so on. By analyzing these reasons and putting forward some countermeasures, we can give full play to the role of ideological and political education. Realize the organic combination of "people first" and ideological and political education of college students.
