印度尼西亚汉语师范学院教师管理现状研究

【摘要】:华文教育遭受的32年的禁锢,已造成了印尼近三代华人子弟出现华文的断层问题,华人社团也因此被迫解散。中印(尼)关系恢复后,印尼政府采取了较为开明和宽松的政策,从而使被禁锢的华文教育重现生机。近十年来,印尼的华文教育逐渐恢复,但也十分艰难,,面临着师资、教材、经费、学生来源等问题。 华文教师是华文教育的核心部分,所以印尼华文教师匮乏问题必须得到解决,例如培养本土年轻华文教师。近年来,印尼的华文教育单位不断地派送本土华文教师到中国留学,进一步提高华文教学水平,以快速发展华文教育。在解决师资问题的过程中,该单位遭遇了资金问题。泗水智星大学为解决上述问题,也采取了有效措施。2007年,该校与国家汉办在重庆师范大学的大力支持和帮助下,开办了华联智星汉语师范学院,采用“二加二”学习模式。 由于双方建立的国际合作关系,该学院的师资队伍构成“多样化”。这种“多样化”的教师队伍跟该学院的教师资格、聘任、考核和晋升、培训、待遇都有密切的关系。本研究于2011年9月在印度尼西亚华联智星汉语师范学院对全体汉语教师进行访谈调查,从访谈当中了解华联智星汉语师范学院教师管理的现状,发现需要改善的一些问题,并针对这几个问题提供一些建议,企望华联智星汉语师范学院的教师管理不断改善、华文师资队伍素质不断提高、华文教育办得更好。
[Abstract]:The 32-year imprisonment of Chinese education has led to the problem of the Chinese language in the last three generations of Indonesian Chinese children, and forced the dissolution of the Chinese community. After the resumption of Sino-Indian (Nepalese) relations. The Indonesian government has adopted a more liberal and liberal policy, thus reviving the imprisoned Chinese language education. Over the past decade, Indonesia's Chinese education has gradually recovered, but it is also very difficult, facing teachers, teaching materials, and funding. The source of students. Chinese teachers are a core part of Chinese education, so the shortage of Chinese teachers in Indonesia must be solved. For example, the training of young Chinese teachers in the mainland has taken place in recent years. Indonesian Chinese language education units continue to send native Chinese teachers to study in China to further improve the level of Chinese language teaching, in order to develop Chinese education rapidly. In the process of solving the problem of teachers, the Chinese language education units in Indonesia continue to send local Chinese teachers to study in China. Surabaya think Star University has also taken effective measures to solve the above problems. In 2007, the university and the State Office of Han Dynasty in Chongqing normal University with the strong support and help. Hualian wisdom-star Chinese teacher-training college, using the "two plus two" learning model. As a result of the international cooperation established between the two sides, the faculty of the College constitutes a "diversity". In September 2011, this study conducted an interview with all Chinese teachers at the Chinese language Teachers College of Hualian think-star in Indonesia. From the interview to understand the current situation of teacher management in Hualian think-star Chinese teachers' college, find out some problems that need to be improved, and provide some suggestions for these problems. It is hoped that the management of Chinese teachers and the quality of the Chinese language teachers will be improved and the Chinese language education will be better run.
