和谐社会背景下大学生就业难问题的对策研究

【摘要】：就业是社会稳定之源、和谐社会之本，是广大人民群众安居乐业的前提和基础。大学生是祖国的未来和希望，肩负着建设社会主义现代化的重任。然而，我国大学生就业形势并不乐观，大学生就业难已成为一个普遍的社会现象。在构建和谐社会背景下研究大学生就业难问题，具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。构建和谐社会的历史背景给大学生就业带来了新变化，有挑战也有机遇。一方面，和谐社会的构建为大学生就业提供了有效的政策支持和广阔的发展空间；另一方面，和谐社会的构建也给大学生就业带来了结构性变化，并对大学生就业能力提出了更高要求。目前，大学生就业难问题主要表现在就业岗位不稳定、就业机会不公平、寻觅工作成本大、自主创业条件差。造成大学生就业难的原因是多方面的，主要表现在就业岗位不足、专业设置不当、就业指导不力、就业政策不全、就业预期太高。大学生就业难不仅降低了大学生人生幸福指数，，还影响社会和谐稳定、有损地方经济发展。在构建和谐社会的背景下，要努力为大学生就业找到更加完备、行之有效的就业途径。高校应加强就业指导，转变教育模式；社会应支持大学生就业，积极引导社会舆论，大力提供就业条件；政府应完善就业服务体系，健全就业政策，拓展就业空间；大学生应发挥自身主体能动作用，调整就业目标，增强就业信心。
[Abstract]:Employment is the source of social stability, the foundation of a harmonious society, is the premise and foundation for the broad masses of people to live and work in peace and contentment. College students are the future and hope of the motherland and shoulder the heavy task of building socialist modernization. The employment situation of college students in our country is not optimistic and the difficulty of obtaining employment for college students has become a universal social phenomenon. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the employment difficulties of college students under the background of building a harmonious society. The historical background of constructing a harmonious society has brought new changes, challenges and opportunities to the employment of college students. On the one hand, the construction of a harmonious society has provided effective policy support and broad development space for the employment of college students. On the other hand, the construction of harmonious society also brings structural changes to the employment of college students, and puts forward higher requirements for the employment ability of college students. At present, the employment difficulties of college students are mainly reflected in the instability of employment, the unfair employment opportunities, the high cost of looking for jobs and the poor conditions of self-employment. The reasons for the difficulties in employment of college students are various. The main performance is the lack of employment, improper professional setting, ineffective employment guidance, incomplete employment policy, too high employment expectations. The employment difficulties of college students not only reduce the index of college students' life happiness. It also affects social harmony and stability and harms local economic development. Under the background of building a harmonious society, we should try our best to find a more complete and effective way to obtain employment for college students. The society should support the employment of college students, actively guide public opinion and provide employment conditions. The government should perfect the employment service system, perfect the employment policy, expand the employment space; College students should play their own initiative role, adjust employment goals and enhance employment confidence.
