高校跨学科团队知识共享指标体系构建及评价研究

【摘要】:随着知识经济的发展,知识共享越来越被受到重视。高校跨学科团队担负着国家级、省级和教育部等的重要科研项目,这些科研项目的解决方法不是组织内的某个人就能独自想出的,而传统的学科团队只是单一学科的组成,,缺少知识的多样性,因此跨学科团队的建立和加强团队内部的知识共享是必然的。在某种程度上来说,知识共享可以提高团队绩效,所以高校跨学科团队内部的知识共享也受到了极大的关注。以高校跨学科团队自身特点来看,它在功能、形式和运作上能够适应知识共享的弹性需求,而且团队内部的环境和成员自身的许多有利条件有助于提高知识共享的效果。 目前对跨学科团队的研究不是很多,对其团队内的知识共享研究更是少有,因此本文以高校的跨学科团队为研究对象,结合高校跨学科团队的特点与优势,通过对其知识共享的现状分析,了解了影响知识共享的一些因素。本文通过文献查阅,对跨学科团队和知识共享有了充足的理论依据,并在此基础上运用层次分析法,建立高校跨学科团队知识共享评价指标体系,明确其影响因素的权重比重,最后得出结论,其最重要的影响因素是来源于团队的支持,其中的团队文化氛围对其影响更为深刻。随后对某高校跨学科团队的知识共享情况,通过模糊综合评价方法进行实证研究,并提出应该改进的方面。本文在最后以高校跨学科团队知识共享指标体系为依据,提出了三方面的建议,并希望高校跨学科团队能够更加重视团队文化氛围,其他方面要加以改善进行辅助,以便能够更好的达到知识共享效果。 本文的研究具有理论意义和现实意义,通过定性与定量相结合的方法,建立了一套完整的和具有针对性的高校跨学科团队知识共享指标体系,为未来的研究提供了有利的依据。
[Abstract]:With the development of knowledge economy, more and more attention has been paid to knowledge sharing. Interdisciplinary teams in colleges and universities are shouldering important scientific research projects such as national, provincial and Ministry of Education. The solutions to these research projects are not something anyone in the organization can think of on their own, and the traditional disciplinary team is a single discipline that lacks diversity of knowledge. Therefore, the establishment of interdisciplinary teams and the strengthening of knowledge sharing within the team is inevitable. To some extent, knowledge sharing can improve team performance. Therefore, knowledge sharing within interdisciplinary teams in colleges and universities has received great attention. According to the characteristics of interdisciplinary teams in colleges and universities, it can adapt to the flexible demand of knowledge sharing in function, form and operation. Moreover, the environment within the team and many advantages of the members themselves help to improve the effectiveness of knowledge sharing. At present, there are not many researches on interdisciplinary teams, and there are few researches on knowledge sharing within their teams. Therefore, this paper takes the interdisciplinary teams of colleges and universities as the research object and combines the characteristics and advantages of cross-disciplinary teams in colleges and universities. Through the analysis of the current situation of knowledge sharing, we understand some factors that affect knowledge sharing. Through literature review, there is sufficient theoretical basis for cross-disciplinary team and knowledge sharing. And on this basis, using the Analytic hierarchy process, the establishment of interdisciplinary team knowledge sharing evaluation index system, clear the weight of its impact factors, and finally come to a conclusion. The most important factor is the support of the team, in which the cultural atmosphere of the team has a more profound impact on it. Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry on the empirical research, and put forward the aspects that should be improved. Finally, based on the knowledge sharing index system of interdisciplinary team in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward three suggestions. It is hoped that the interdisciplinary teams in colleges and universities can pay more attention to the cultural atmosphere of the team, and other aspects should be improved to assist in order to better achieve the effect of knowledge sharing. The study of this paper has theoretical and practical significance, through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, set up a complete and targeted cross-disciplinary team knowledge sharing index system. It provides a favorable basis for future research.
