高校科技成果转化的协同管理路径研究

【摘要】：高校研究成果转化的路径研究是当前各高校比较关注的问题。本文基于协同管理路径分析当前我国高校中尤其是大学科技园的科技成果转化过程中存在的问题,并分别从自办产业模式、产学合作模式以及创新网络模式三种途径对高校科技成果转化进行探究。同时,对当前的管理理念进行分析,以此希望促进高校科技成果转化。
[Abstract]:The research on the path of the transformation of university research results is a problem which is concerned by colleges and universities at present. Based on the cooperative management path, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities, especially in university science and technology parks. At the same time, the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities is probed into from three ways: the model of self-run industry, the mode of cooperation between production and learning, and the mode of innovation network. At the same time, the author analyzes the current management idea in order to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities.
