高校思想政治理论课精品课程建设标准研究

【摘要】:高校思想政治理论课精品课程建设作为国家精品课程建设工程的重要组成部分,是思想政治理论课改革的核心要素,也是提高思想政治理论课教学质量的重要举措。从2003年至今,我国逐步建成了覆盖全国高校的校级、省级、国家级思想政治理论课精品课程体系,对推进思想政治理论课建设和改革,推动马克思主义理论学科发展,有着重要和深远的意义。 本研究从众多校级、省级、国家级精品课程建设的研究中挑选出典型进行研究。在对其进行分析的基础上,了解到目前的思想政治理论课精品课程精品课程建设虽取得了一定成绩,但也存在精品建设水平不高、师资队伍建设有待加强、实践教学比较薄弱、网络资源建设有待完善、建设成果不明显等问题。本研究梳理、归纳了精品课程建设的思路和经验,试图构建一个系统完整、切实可行的思想政治理论课精品课程建设标准体系,以供思想政治理论课建设单位借鉴。 思想政治理论课精品课程建设标准的主要内容包括教育思想与课程理念、教学队伍与团队建设、教学内容与教学组织、教学方法与教学手段、教学资源与教学条件、管理体制与工作机制、特色项目与教学效果等七个要素。标准建设主要坚持的原则有:教学工作与科研工作相协调、教学内容与教学方法相统一、理论教学与实践教学相并重、坚持建设标准与评价标准相兼得。本文分别从建设标准的内涵、特点和建设路径进行探讨,提出相关建设标准的分类指标和等级标准,提供建设和完善精品课程各要素的路径和方法,帮助思想政治理论课教育者和管理者在观念上形成精品课程建设的“蓝图”,,在实践中形成具有可比照的内在尺度。这样,有助于促进思想政治理论课精品课程的教育教学过程更加通畅、教学效果更加明显、辐射范围更加宽广。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the national excellent curriculum construction, the ideological and political theory course construction in colleges and universities is the core element of the ideological and political theory course reform. It is also an important measure to improve the teaching quality of ideological and political theory courses. Since 2003, our country has gradually built up a fine course system of ideological and political theory courses at the university level, provincial level and national level covering the whole country. It is of great significance to promote the construction and reform of ideological and political theory course and to promote the development of Marxist theory. This research selects the typical research from the numerous schools, the provincial level, the national level fine quality curriculum construction research. On the basis of the analysis to it, We know that although some achievements have been made in the construction of top-quality courses of ideological and political theory courses, there are still some problems in the construction of high-quality courses, such as the low level of high-quality construction, the construction of teachers' ranks to be strengthened, the weakness of practical teaching, the construction of network resources, and the need to improve the construction of network resources. This study summarizes the ideas and experiences of the construction of high-quality courses, and tries to build a systematic and feasible standard system for the construction of high-quality courses of ideological and political theory. For the ideological and political theory course construction unit reference. The main contents of the construction standard of the fine course of ideological and political theory course include educational thought and course idea, teaching team and team building, teaching content and teaching organization, teaching method and teaching means, teaching resources and teaching condition. Management system and working mechanism, characteristic items and teaching effect are seven elements. The main principles of standard construction are: coordination of teaching work and scientific research work, unification of teaching content and teaching method, and equal emphasis on theoretical teaching and practical teaching. Insist on both construction standard and evaluation standard. This paper discusses the connotation, characteristics and construction path of construction standard, and puts forward the classification index and grade standard of relevant construction standard. To provide the path and method of constructing and perfecting the essential elements of high-quality courses, to help educators and managers of ideological and political theory to form a blueprint for the construction of high-quality courses in concept, and to form an internal scale with comparable characteristics in practice. It is helpful to promote the process of education and teaching of the excellent courses of ideological and political theory, the teaching effect is more obvious and the range of radiation is wider.
