成教大学生思想政治教育中存在的主要问题及对策探究

【摘要】：成人高等教育是我国高等教育的一个重要组成部分。如今,随着我国社会各个领域的深刻变革,将会极大地推动成人高等教育事业的不断发展,加快教育终生化的进程,这既给成人高等教育工作注入了新的活力,也带来了新的挑战。学校如何通过开展卓有成效的思想政治教育工作,培养出适应现代化建设需要、适应经济全球化竞争、具备优良的综合素质的人才,对高校成教来说是巨大的挑战。全文共分为四个部分：第一部分,从成教大学生自身的需要及学校和社会的需要两个层面来阐述加强成教大学生思想政治教育的意义。第二部分,归纳成教大学生思想政治教育中存在的主要问题：包括成教大学生自身存在的主要问题；成教大学生教育管理机制和人员的主要问题。第三部分,分析成教大学生思想政治教育中存在的问题的主要原因有：思想认识方面的原因,成教大学生思想政治教育管理队伍及成教大学生本身对思想政治教育认识不到位：思想政治教育课程建设滞后,思想政治教育与专业知识教育脱节,思想政治理论课实效性不强；辅导员队伍建设滞后,思想政治教育管理部门对辅导员队伍建设的有效性指导不够,对辅导员的评价机制不健全。第四部分,全文的重点,提出了加强成教大学生思想政治教育的对策及建议：一是构筑“三全育人”的思想政治工作体系；二是深化成教大学生思想政治教育教学改革,增强实效性；三是要加强成教大学生思想政治教育师资与管理队伍建设；四是探索适合成教大学生的思想政治教育方式。
[Abstract]:Adult higher education is an important part of higher education in China. Nowadays, with the profound changes in various fields of our society, it will greatly promote the continuous development of adult higher education and speed up the process of lifelong education. This has not only injected new vitality into the work of adult higher education, but also brought new challenges. How can schools develop effective ideological and political education to meet the needs of modernization and to adapt to the competition of economic globalization? Talents with excellent comprehensive qualities are a great challenge to adult education in colleges and universities. The full text is divided into four parts:. The first part expounds the significance of strengthening the ideological and political education of adult college students from the aspects of their own needs and the needs of the school and society. The second part summarizes the main problems in the ideological and political education of adult college students, including the main problems of adult college students themselves, the educational management mechanism and personnel of adult college students. In the third part, the main reasons of the problems in the ideological and political education of adult college students are analyzed. The ideological and political education management team of adult college students and the adult college students themselves do not know the ideological and political education in place: the course construction of ideological and political education lags behind, and the ideological and political education and the professional knowledge education are out of line. The actual effect of ideological and political theory course is not strong, the construction of counselors is lagging behind, the effective guidance of ideological and political education management department is not enough, and the evaluation mechanism of counselors is not perfect. In the 4th part, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the ideological and political education of adult college students: one is to construct the ideological and political work system of "three full education", the other is to deepen the reform of ideological and political education for adult college students. The third is to strengthen the ideological and political education of adult college students and the construction of management team, and the fourth is to explore the way of ideological and political education suitable for adult college students.
