【摘要】:学术成果考量与高校教师职责问题与学术生态高度相关。科研考核的"重量轻质"是导致当前学术生态失衡的重要原因。而近年来,我国高校评估考量维度中重视教师科研产出的政策导向,滋生和严重强化了教师的"重研轻教"倾向,相比于学科发展和科研项目,学生的重要性被严重淡化,成为"被遗忘的角落"。为此,一方面,要明确学术评价的主体只能是同行专家,应使同行评议成为普遍的学术成果评价制度;另一方面,要坚定回归教学本位,全面降低对高校教师和学生的成果发表要求,使教师回归到教书育人的本业中来。
[Abstract]:The consideration of academic achievements is highly related to the responsibility of university teachers and the academic ecology. The "light weight" of scientific research assessment is an important reason leading to the imbalance of academic ecology. The policy orientation of attaching importance to teachers' scientific research output in the evaluation dimension of colleges and universities in China breeds and seriously strengthens teachers' tendency of "emphasizing research and neglecting teaching". Compared with the subject development and scientific research projects, the importance of students is seriously weakened. To become a "forgotten corner," on the one hand, it is necessary to make it clear that the main body of academic evaluation is only peer experts, so that peer review should become a universal system for evaluating academic achievements; on the other hand, it is necessary to firmly return to the teaching standard. To reduce the requirements for university teachers and students to publish results, so that teachers return to the teaching and educating their own profession.
