【摘要】：当代大学生是国家未来建设的栋梁人才,是国家未来发展的核心主力,是国家建设中国特色社会主义道路的中坚力量。当代大学生肩负着责任重大的历史使命,其身体和心理承受着双重压力,且压力巨大。中国当前就业体制的改革,由原来的国家统一分配,变成现今的求职人员与用人单位的双向选择,就业体制的改革使得大学生就业形势变得更加严峻。因此,当前高等院校大学生在就业择业问题上存在前所未有的困难和压力。这种严峻的社会就业体制现状给高校大学生的思想带来了严重的打击,使高校大学生的就业思想和就业观念都存在很大的问题,给大学生就业带来很大困难。对于出现的这些问题,就要研究出有针对性和实效性的解决方案和措施,来帮助大学生解决思想上和实际中存在的问题。这就要求我们不断对高校大学生的就业指导教育工作进行调整,使它变得更好、更全面,使就业指导教育工作时刻与国家的就业体制改革相适应,符合我国当前的就业形势。随着我国教育水平的不断发展进步,和用人单位对求职人员的主导选择地位的上升,使用人单位对求职人员的综合素质水平要求越来越高。用人单位要求求职人员必须要有很强的责任心,积极主动的工作态度,诚实守信的道德情操等等,这些都是思想政治教育的基本内容,这就要求高校必须加强做好大学生就业指导中的思想政治教育工作,让每一个大学生都有发挥自己所学才能的合适岗位,并在岗位上发挥自己的光和热,为社会的发展贡献自己的力量,这是社会主义现代化建设的需要,也是我们民族长远发展的需要。因此,首先要对高校大学生就业指导教育工作的重要意义做到充分的了解,然后对高校大学生就业指导教育工作的现状作出明确分析,明确高校大学生就业指导教育的具体内容；其次就是对国家就业形势的发展做到准确的掌握,从而通过高校大学生就业指导教育工作准确的传达给大学生；再就是要对高校大学生的就业指导教育工作的目标作明确的规划,然后根据以上掌握的各项内容,制定出解决即将走出大学校门的大学生无法找到工作的难题的具体方案和措施。基于以上因素,加强高等院校大学生就业指导教育工作是高校当务之急的首要工作。

This requires us to constantly adjust the employment guidance and education work of college students to make it better and more comprehensive. So that the employment guidance and education work can adapt to the national employment system reform at all times, and accord with the current employment situation of our country. With the continuous development and progress of our country's educational level, and the rise of the leading position of employers in the selection of job-seekers, Make the unit of choose and employ persons more and more demanding the comprehensive quality level of the job seekers. The unit of choose and employ persons must have a strong sense of responsibility, proactive work attitude, honest and trustworthy moral sentiment, etc. These are the basic contents of ideological and political education. This requires colleges and universities to strengthen the ideological and political education work in the employment guidance of college students, so that every college student has a suitable position to give play to his or her talents.
