扬州大学本科生学习参与度研究

【摘要】:本研究以扬州大学本科生学习参与情况为主要研究对象,调查得出目前扬州大学本科生学习参与的基本情况,分析了目前存在问题和原因,并讨论提出提高扬州大学本科生学习参与度的对策建议。 本研究阐述了学习参与理论在国内外产生与发展的历程,并对学习参与做出界定:学生对学习进行认知、情感、行为方面的身心投入以及与教师、同学等群体之间的交往并促进自身发展的活动。同时,总结出学习参与具有主体性、合作性、整体性、建构性、探究性的特征。 本研究在借鉴相关研究的基础上设计了扬州大学本科生学习参与度调查工具,按学业挑战度、主动合作水平、师生互动频度、教育经历丰富度、校园环境支持度等五个纬度进行测量,被试为来自由扬州大学随机抽取的本科生。根据调查结果,使用描述性分析得出扬州大学本科生学习参与度在五个纬度的现状,同时使用独立样本T检验和方差分析得出不同年级、学科、性别、住宿、感情状况的本科生学习参与度差异情况,并用皮尔逊相关系数得出调查的五个纬度呈显著相关。研究显示,扬州大学本科生学习参与度状况存在一定的个体差异,师生互动亟待提高,教学模式需要创新,培养导向过于狭隘,校园环境支持度仍需提高。 本研究最后对如何提高学习参与度进行了思考,并从多方面提出对策建议以期能够提高本科生学习参与度,试图为提升高等教育质量找出一条新的路径。
[Abstract]:This study takes the undergraduate students' learning participation of Yangzhou University as the main research object, and finds out the basic situation of the undergraduates' learning participation at present, and analyzes the existing problems and reasons. The countermeasures and suggestions to improve the participation of undergraduates in Yangzhou University are also discussed. This study expounds the process of the emergence and development of the theory of learning participation at home and abroad, and defines learning participation: students' cognitive, emotional, behavioral and physical and mental involvement in learning, as well as their involvement with teachers. At the same time, the characteristics of learning participation are summarized, such as subjectivity, cooperation, integrity, constructiveness and inquiry. Based on the relevant studies, this study designed an investigation tool for undergraduate students' participation in Yangzhou University, according to the degree of academic challenge, the level of active cooperation, the frequency of teacher-student interaction, and the richness of educational experience. The campus environmental support degree was measured at five latitudes, and the subjects were randomly selected undergraduates from Yangzhou University. According to the survey results, using descriptive analysis, the present situation of undergraduate students' participation in the five latitudes of Yangzhou University was obtained. At the same time, using independent sample T test and ANOVA, the differences in learning participation of undergraduates with different grades, subjects, gender, accommodation, and emotional status were obtained. By using Pearson correlation coefficient, the five latitudes of the investigation are significantly correlated. The study shows that there are certain individual differences in the learning participation of undergraduates in Yangzhou University, the teacher-student interaction needs to be improved urgently, and the teaching mode needs to be innovated. The training direction is too narrow, the campus environment support degree still needs to raise. At the end of the study, the author thinks about how to improve the degree of learning participation, and puts forward some suggestions from many aspects in order to improve the participation of undergraduates, and try to find a new way to improve the quality of higher education.
