高校大学生就业服务体系建设研究

【摘要】:中国高等教育由精英化教育阶段走向大众化教育阶段,这在教育领域内引发了一场新的、极为深刻的变革。同时我国高校大学生就业制度也经历了由“统包统分、计划分配”到“供需见面、双向选择”的变更。当前我国大学生就业形势相对严峻,日益突出的供需矛盾,使建立不久的大学生就业服务体系呈现出诸多的不完善因素。高校大学生就业制度的改革和大学生就业的严峻形势,使得迫切需要完善当前高校大学生就业服务体系。大学生就业关系着国家和社会的稳定,也关系到千家万户的切身利益,并影响着广大民众对高等教育价值的正确评价,同时对大学生的人生价值和社会价值的充分实现也起着至关重要的作用;大学生能否充分就业关系着高校的生存和发展,因此高校必须采取有效的措施解决大学生就业难的问题。在这种背景下,高校建立健全大学生就业服务体系对促进大学生顺利就业起着非常重要的现实意义。 本文构建的大学生就业服务体系主要从高校自身的角度展开,以保障机制和运行机制建设为体系的核心内容,试图从高校对大学生就业服务体系建设的相关责任出发,总结高校大学生就业服务体系运行现状与存在的问题,提出合理化的建议与对策,同时试图建构完善的高校大学生就业服务体系。通过文献分析、问卷调查和实地访谈,从现象入手,层层深入,发现高校大学生就业服务体系存在的诸多现象与问题,进而突出高校在大学生就业过程中所应承担的责任与义务。问卷调查样本来源于武汉理工大学、湖北经济学院、武汉生物科技技术学院,在分析三所高校的大学生就业服务体系及其运行现状的基础上,提出高校大学生就业服务体系建设的思路与内容;从高校大学生就业服务体系的框架及其特点出发,着力完善大学生就业服务的管理体制,构建人才培养与就业工作的协同机制,加强高校与社会就业信息沟通机制,从而为大学生充分就业提供强有力的帮助与支持。
[Abstract]:Higher education in China has changed from elite education stage to popular education stage, which has caused a new and profound change in the field of education. At the same time, the employment system of college students in our country has also experienced a "turnkey" system. The change of plan allocation from "meet supply and demand, two-way choice". At present, the employment situation of college students in China is relatively grim, and the contradiction between supply and demand is becoming increasingly prominent. The establishment of the employment service system for college students has shown many imperfect factors. The reform of the employment system of college students and the grim situation of the employment of college students, It is urgent to perfect the employment service system of college students. The employment of college students is related to the stability of the country and society, the vital interests of thousands of families, and the correct evaluation of the value of higher education by the general public. At the same time, it also plays a vital role in the full realization of college students' life value and social value. Whether college students are fully employed or not is related to the survival and development of colleges and universities. Therefore, colleges and universities must take effective measures to solve the problem of difficult employment of college students. Under this background, it is of great practical significance for colleges and universities to establish and improve the employment service system for college students to promote the smooth employment of college students. The employment service system of college students constructed in this paper is mainly carried out from the angle of the university itself. The core content of the system is the construction of the safeguard mechanism and the operational mechanism, and the author tries to proceed from the responsibility of the university to the construction of the employment service system for the college students. This paper summarizes the current situation and existing problems of the employment service system for college students, puts forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures, and attempts to construct a perfect employment service system for college students through literature analysis, questionnaire investigation and field interviews. Starting with the phenomenon, the author finds out many phenomena and problems existing in the employment service system of college students, and then highlights the responsibility and obligation that the university should undertake in the process of university students' employment. The sample of the questionnaire is from Wuhan University of Technology. Hubei University of Economics, Wuhan Institute of Biotechnology, on the basis of analyzing the employment service system of three colleges and universities and its operating status, puts forward the ideas and contents of the construction of employment service system for college students. Based on the framework and characteristics of the employment service system for college students, this paper tries to perfect the management system of employment service for college students, construct a cooperative mechanism between talent training and employment work, and strengthen the communication mechanism of employment information between universities and society. In order to provide strong help and support for the full employment of college students.
