系统论方法在思想政治教育中的应用

【摘要】：思想政治教育是党一切工作的生命线,党对思想政治教育工作无论在理论上还是在实际工作中,都非常重视。很多的专家与学者也都很重视对思想政治教育的研究,在理论上和实践上取得了很大的成就,对思想政治教育的实施起到了重要的作用。但是,在思想政治教育活动实施的过程中,还存在很多问题。当前,思想政治教育工作疲软的现象相当严重,需要国家、学校、社会等共同努力来解决这个问题。思想政治教育是一个系统,它是由思想政治教育主体、客体、介体以及教育环体等要素相互联系、相互作用所构成的有机整体。思想政治教育系统具有一般系统所具有的如整体性、关联性、层次性等共同特征,还具有其自身的特征,它带有很强的政治性、实践性以及广泛的群众性。思想政治教育系统的复杂性不仅仅表现在它所包含的要素众多、涉及面广,最主要的表现是其过程的复杂性。思想政治教育工作的对象是人,具有主观能动性,受外界因素、内部思想以及认知水平的影响,他们所表现出来的行为具有很大的不确定性。当前,国际形势复杂,中西方理论碰撞,我国又面临改革和发展的大形势,给思想政治教育工作带来了新的机遇和挑战,同时,给这项工作的实施增加了难度。这就要求我们寻求一个能够解决复杂系统的工具,以达到实现思想政治教育时效性的目的。系统论为人们提供了解决高难度、复杂化事物的有效的思维方式。系统论是研究系统的一般模式、内在结构和规律的学问,它研究各种系统的共同特征,用数学方法定量地描述其功能,寻求并确立适用于一切系统的原理、原则和数学模型,是具有逻辑和数学性质的一门新兴的科学。系统论以系统的观点来看待事物,把复杂的事物看做一个统一的有机整体,综合的分析问题,寻找到解决问题的最优办法。将系统论应用到思想政治教育工作中,可以帮助我们全面的考虑问题,兼顾到思想政治教育内部以及与外部环境的关系,从而制定科学的计划、符合实际的目标、便于实施的工作方案等一系列有利于思想政治教育实效性提高的措施。运用系统论分析思想政治教育,已成为理论界关注的一个重要课题。加强这方面的理论探索,分析思想政治教育的要素、结构、过程及其功能,认识思想政治教育的系统论特征和规律,并通过对这种特征和规律的研究,分析和解决思想政治教育过程中的问题,探索思想政治教育的改革和发展,实现思想政治教育科学化,提高思想政治教育的实效性,是十分重要的。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is the lifeline of all the Party's work. The Party attaches great importance to ideological and political education both in theory and in practice. Many experts and scholars also attach great importance to the study of ideological and political education. Great achievements have been made in theory and practice, which have played an important role in the implementation of ideological and political education. However, there are still many problems in the implementation of ideological and political education activities. The phenomenon of weak ideological and political education is quite serious and needs the joint efforts of the state, schools and society to solve the problem. Ideological and political education is a system. It is related to each other by the elements of ideological and political education, such as subject, object, intermediary and educational environment. The ideological and political education system has the common characteristics of the general system, such as integrity, relevance, hierarchy and so on, and also has its own characteristics, it has a very strong political, The complexity of ideological and political education system lies not only in its many elements, but also in the complexity of its process. Subject to the influence of external factors, internal thoughts and cognitive level, their behavior is very uncertain. At present, the international situation is complicated, and the theories of China and the West collide. China is also facing the great situation of reform and development, which brings new opportunities and challenges to ideological and political education, and at the same time makes it more difficult to carry out this work. This requires us to seek a tool capable of solving complex systems. In order to achieve the goal of ideological and political education. System theory provides an effective way of thinking for people to solve difficult and complicated things. System theory is a study of the general pattern, internal structure and law of systems, and it studies the common characteristics of various systems. Quantificationally describing its function by mathematical method, seeking and establishing principles, principles and mathematical models applicable to all systems is a new science with logical and mathematical properties. Look at complex things as a unified organic whole, analyze problems synthetically and find the best way to solve them. Applying system theory to ideological and political education can help us to consider problems in an all-round way. Taking into account the relationship between the internal and external environment of ideological and political education, a series of measures conducive to the improvement of the effectiveness of ideological and political education, such as making scientific plans, conforming to practical goals and easy to implement, are taken. Analyzing ideological and political education by using system theory has become an important subject that the theoretical circles pay close attention to. Strengthen the theoretical exploration in this field, analyze the elements, structure, process and function of ideological and political education. To understand the systematic characteristics and laws of ideological and political education, to analyze and solve the problems in the process of ideological and political education, and to explore the reform and development of ideological and political education through the study of such characteristics and laws. It is very important to realize scientific ideological and political education and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
