技术本科院校产学研合作的问题与对策研究

【摘要】:我国经济的快速发展与科技水平的日益提升,在高等教育大众化的背景下出现了一大批新建本科院校,其中部分本科院校是以举办本科层次的技术教育为特色的,这类院校我们称之为技术本科院校。经过若干年的发展,这些院校目前仍处于发展的初级阶段,很多都在摸索之中,因此关于该类型院校的研究在教育界也是热点之一。同时,事实已经证明,产学研合作是各类高校发展的一大支撑与保障。产学研合作对技术本科院校的重要性是毋庸置疑的。技术本科院校的产学研开展并不是一帆风顺的。专科层次遗留的问题没有解决,在举办本科层次技术教育的新的历史阶段新的问题又层出不穷。产学研合作无论是在理论研究层面还是在实践操作层面都较为不足。因此,我们现在面临的最严峻的问题就是如何改善技术本科院校的产学研合作现状。 本研究探讨的是技术本科院校的产学研合作问题,在充分理论研究的基础上通过对现状调查、问题与原因探究、对策分析,旨在本从实际出发了解现状与发现问题,立足于实践,在充分调查研究和理论分析的基础上,从产学研合作的外部条件和内部条件两个角度出发来谈谈如何改进目前的状况。 第一章主要是通过以文献梳理的方式,搜集资料、信息,尽可能多的了解、掌握目前已有的关于技术本科、产学研合作的种种研究,总结已有研究中的优点以及不足,为笔者的研究打下坚实的理论基础。 第二章主要是从实然的角度,介绍目前技术本科院校产学研合作实际开展情况和存在的不足,现状主要包括合作的模式、内容、支持力度、管理体制四个方面,在研究中发现其不足主要体现在合作各方定位不到位、人才培养难以实现预期目标、机制难以持续有效运行这三大问题。 第三章主要是从应然的角度,分析技术应用型人才的知识和能力结构特征,旨在明确该类院校的产学研合作的方向的基础上清晰的表明技术部本科院校产学研合作的基本原则和实施路径。 第四章主要是选取了南京工程学院和上海电机学院作为案例加以分析,寻求这两所学校产学研合作成功的原因。 第五章在前面理论分析和实践了解的基础上,提出改善技术本科院校产学研合作的一些建议。主要包括外部的发挥政府职能、建立社会化服务体系以及内部的准确的目标和定位、构建产学研合作创新机制的构建这四点建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of science and technology, a large number of new undergraduate colleges have emerged in the context of the popularization of higher education, some of which are characterized by the holding of technical education at the undergraduate level.Such colleges are called technical colleges.After several years of development, these colleges are still in the initial stage of development, many of them are groping, so the research on this type of colleges is also one of the hot spots in the field of education.At the same time, the facts have proved that the cooperation between industry, college and research is a support and guarantee for the development of various colleges and universities.There is no doubt about the importance of the cooperation of industry, university and research to technical undergraduate colleges and universities.The development of technical undergraduate colleges and universities is not smooth sailing.The problems left over at the specialized level have not been solved, and new problems have emerged in the new historical stage of organizing the technical education at the undergraduate level.The cooperation of industry, university and research is insufficient in both theoretical research and practical operation.Therefore, we are now facing the most serious problem is how to improve the current situation of technical colleges and universities.This research is to discuss the cooperation between industry, university and research in technical undergraduate colleges. On the basis of full theoretical research, the purpose of this study is to understand the present situation and find out the problems from the practical point of view through the investigation of the present situation, the exploration of the problems and the analysis of the reasons, the countermeasures and the analysis of the countermeasures.Based on practice and on the basis of full investigation and theoretical analysis, this paper discusses how to improve the present situation from the external and internal conditions of industry-university-research cooperation.The first chapter is to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the existing research on undergraduate technology, industry, college and research cooperation through the way of literature combing, collecting data, information, understanding as much as possible, and mastering all kinds of existing research on technical undergraduate, industry, college and research cooperation.Lay a solid theoretical foundation for the author's research.The second chapter is mainly from the actual angle, introduces the actual development of the current technical undergraduate colleges and universities and the shortcomings of the actual cooperation, the current situation mainly includes the mode of cooperation, content, support strength, management system four aspects,In the research, it is found that its shortcomings are mainly reflected in the three major problems: the localization of the partners is not in place, the talent training is difficult to achieve the expected goal, and the mechanism is difficult to run effectively and continuously.The third chapter is to analyze the structural characteristics of knowledge and ability of technical applied talents from the perspective of what should be.The purpose of this paper is to clarify the direction of industry-university-research cooperation in this kind of colleges and universities, and to clearly show the basic principles and implementation paths of the industry-university-research cooperation in technical undergraduate colleges and universities.The fourth chapter mainly selects Nanjing Institute of Engineering and Shanghai Institute of Electrical Engineering as the case study to seek the reasons for the success of the cooperation between the two schools.On the basis of theoretical analysis and practical understanding, the fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions to improve the cooperation between industry, college and research.It mainly includes four suggestions: external exertion of government function, establishment of socialized service system, accurate target and orientation inside, construction of innovative mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation.
