【摘要】：高校学生社团是由学生依据共同的兴趣爱好自愿组成,按照社团章程自主开展活动的大学生群体中的群众性组织,是实施素质教育的重要途径和有效载体。随着我国高等教育改革进程不断深入,高校招生规模的不断扩大,高校学生社团作为大学生进行自我教育、自我管理、自我塑造、自我提高的重要阵地得到了迅猛发展。相对于高校班级的影响力和凝聚力越来越小,而学生社团的影响力逐渐增大,高校社团对大学生的政治情感和道德社会化的推进作用凸显。与此同时,随着我国改革进程的不断深入以及社会主义市场经济体制的建立,大学生的人生价值取向也逐渐趋向于多元化,特别是随着高等教育大众化时代的到来,高校学生社团也出现了许多新情况、新问题,高校大学生社团管理和健康发展正面临着严峻的挑战。若仍以传统的学生社团管理模式进行管理,不仅学生社团的功用难以在实践中得到充分发挥,更可能影响着高校学生社团的生存和发展。如何理清高校学生社团管理现状,深入研究高校学生社团管理存在的问题,进而探索并建立适合新时期高校学生社团管理模式,更加科学有效地管理和引导学生社团健康发展,使其在学生成长成才中发挥更大的作用,成为当前高校学生教育与管理工作的重要课题。为了宏观认识我国高校学生社团的现状及其运作模式,便于对学生社团进行及时、有效的管理和建设,本文以中西高校学生社团作为研究对象,通过比较研究中西高校学生社团不同的文化形成背景、不同的运作模式以及所产生的不同教育效果,并对中西高校学生社团的制度建设、发展现状、特点功能、管理模式等几方面进行了系统而全面的分析,在此基础上提出了适合我国高校学生社团健康发展的对策建议。本文主要分为四章来进行论述：第一章引言,主要分析了本课题的选题背景、研究意义,详细阐述了国内外对于该问题的研究成果和相关理论,并提出了论文的主要研究方法和创新点。第二章是中西高校学生社团概述,介绍了中西方高校社团的基本内涵,类型、特点和作用,并对其进行界定评析,对中西方高校社团进行了基本的理论解析。第三章是中西高校学生社团的管理与建设现状研究,本章从中西高校学生社团管理与建设方面进行比较研究,通过社团管理政策、管理机构产生、活动与经费管理、管理与建设理念等几方面的比较研究,进行了系统的阐述,并对其异同点进行了归结。第四章是加强我国高校学生社团建设的对策,是通过第三章的比较研究,把其研究成果运用到我国高校社团建设的过程。主要内容是在加强领导建设、保障机制和如何促进学生社团的思想政治教育功能的发挥和社团自身建设等几方面进行论述。
[Abstract]:The college student association is a mass organization among the college students, which is formed voluntarily by the students according to their common interests and hobbies. It is an important way and an effective carrier to carry out the quality education.With the deepening of the reform of higher education in our country and the expansion of the enrollment scale of colleges and universities, the college student associations, as an important position of self-education, self-management, self-shaping and self-improvement, have developed rapidly.Compared with the influence and cohesion of the university class, the influence of the student community is gradually increasing, and the role of the university community in promoting the political emotion and moral socialization of the college students is prominent.At the same time, with the deepening of China's reform process and the establishment of the socialist market economic system, the value orientation of college students' life gradually tends to be diversified, especially with the arrival of the era of mass higher education.There are many new situations and problems in college student associations. The management and healthy development of college student associations are facing severe challenges.If the traditional management mode of student association is still adopted, not only the function of student association is difficult to give full play in practice, but also the survival and development of college student association is likely to be affected.How to clear up the current situation of college student association management, deeply study the existing problems of university student association management, and then explore and establish a suitable management mode for college student association in the new period, and more scientifically and effectively manage and guide the healthy development of student association.Making it play a greater role in the development of students has become an important subject in the education and management of college students.In order to understand the present situation and operation mode of college student associations in China macroscopically, and to facilitate the timely and effective management and construction of student associations, this paper takes the students' associations of Chinese and Western colleges and universities as the research object.Through the comparative study of different cultural backgrounds, different operating modes and different educational effects of student associations in Chinese and Western colleges and universities, this paper also makes a comparative study on the system construction, development status and characteristics of student associations in Chinese and Western colleges and universities.On the basis of the systematic and comprehensive analysis of the management mode, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions suitable for the healthy development of college students' associations in China.This paper is divided into four chapters to discuss:The first chapter mainly analyzes the background and significance of the topic, expounds the research results and related theories at home and abroad, and puts forward the main research methods and innovation points of the thesis.The second chapter is an overview of Chinese and Western college student associations, introduces the basic connotation, types, characteristics and functions of the Chinese and Western university associations, and defines and comments on them, and makes a basic theoretical analysis of the Chinese and Western university associations.The third chapter is the current situation of the management and construction of student associations in Chinese and western colleges and universities. This chapter makes a comparative study on the management and construction of student associations in Chinese and western colleges and universities, through the management policy of association, the generation of management organizations, the management of activities and funds.This paper makes a systematic exposition of management and construction concept, and summarizes the similarities and differences.The fourth chapter is the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of college students' associations in our country. Through the comparative study in the third chapter, the research results are applied to the process of the construction of university associations in our country.The main content is to strengthen the leadership construction, guarantee mechanism, how to promote the ideological and political education function of student associations and the construction of the community itself.
