【摘要】：高校航海类专业学生工作干部队伍是一支长期战斗在高等航海教育工作一线的教师队伍,是航海类大学生思想政治教育、半军事管理的主力军。这支队伍既具有一般高校辅导员队伍的普遍性,又具有航海类专业在半军事管理模式下的特殊性。本文认为加强高校航海类专业学生工作干部队伍建设,对于为祖国培养具有国际竞争力的高素质航运人才以及高校适应新形势、科学发展都具有重要意义。本文共分四个部分。第一章,主要对选题的背景与意义做了说明,对国内外相关研究状况进行了综述,对本选题中涉及的相关概念和理论进行了介绍。第二章,从现实视域通过调查问卷等方式对我国高校航海类专业学生工作干部队伍的工作现状进行检视,对存在的主要问题进行了归纳,并对其成因作出分析,以此作为开展队伍建设研究的切入点,增强本研究的针对性。第三章,从开放的视野,按照先国外高校、后国内高校,先普通高校、后航海类高校的思路,比较分析了国内外相关高校在学生工作干部队伍建设上的典型做法,为研究我国高校航海类专业学生工作干部队伍建设提供有益的借鉴。第四章,结合中国高等航海教育实际,借鉴国内外相关高校的成功做法,从发展和创新的视角阐明了在队伍结构优化、培养培训、职业化发展、激励机制等方面的建设思路。本文在前人的研究基础上,主要将学生工作干部队伍建设和半军事管理模式下的航海类专业相结合,旨在为我国高等航海教育事业的发展培养一批高素质的、符合时代要求的学生工作干部队伍。
[Abstract]:The cadre team of students majoring in navigation in colleges and universities is a team of teachers who have been fighting for a long time in the work of higher maritime education, and is the main force in the ideological and political education and semi-military management of marine college students.This team has not only the universality of college counselors, but also the particularity of navigation specialty under the semi-military management mode.This paper holds that it is of great significance for colleges and universities to strengthen the construction of cadres of maritime students for training high-quality shipping talents with international competitiveness for the motherland and for colleges and universities to adapt to the new situation and to develop scientifically.This paper is divided into four parts.In the first chapter, the background and significance of the topic are explained, and the related research situation at home and abroad is summarized, and the related concepts and theories involved in this topic are introduced.In the second chapter, the author examines the present situation of the cadre team of marine students in China's colleges and universities by means of questionnaire, summarizes the main problems, and analyzes the causes of the problems.Take this as the breakthrough point to carry out team building research, enhance the pertinence of this research.The third chapter, from an open field of vision, according to the thinking of first foreign universities, then domestic universities, first ordinary colleges and universities, then maritime colleges and universities, compared and analyzed the typical ways of building the cadre ranks of students at home and abroad.It provides a useful reference for studying the cadre construction of navigation major students in our country.The fourth chapter, combined with the reality of Chinese higher navigation education, draws lessons from the successful practices of relevant universities at home and abroad, from the perspective of development and innovation, expounds the construction ideas in the aspects of team structure optimization, training, professional development, incentive mechanism and so on.On the basis of previous studies, this paper mainly combines the construction of student working cadres with the maritime specialty under the mode of semi-military management, in order to cultivate a group of high-quality marine education for the development of our country's higher maritime education.In line with the requirements of the times, the contingent of student cadres.
