网络虚拟群体对大学生个性社会化的影响研究

【摘要】：近年来，大学生社会化的问题引起了社会各界的普遍关注。融入社会、服务社会可以说是高等教育培养人才的根本目的，社会也是检验高等教育培养合格与否的场所。大学生毕业以后就将走上各种工作岗位，为社会创造价值的同时还要实现自身价值的需求，能否顺利地实现这些需求，都跟大学生社会化程度是密切相关的。网络时代，网络以及网络虚拟群体成为大学生社会化进程中不可忽视的影响因素。大学生自我支配时间较多，，探知欲望强烈，在网络上参加了不同类型的网络虚拟群体，既扩大了大学生的社会关系网络，又在一定程度上满足了大学生自身发展的需要。但由于网络的匿名性以及相对自由性，网络虚拟群体也对大学生的发展带来一定程度的负面影响。其中对大学生个性社会化，包括自我认知、人际交往、知识技能的影响是本文研究和探讨的重点。本文在正文方面分为四个部分：第一部分是“绪论”，对本文的研究对象、研究方法和研究思路进行了说明。第二部分首先对网络虚拟群体的特征做了简短的概论，然后通过调查问卷收集到的数据，分析了大学生参与网络虚拟群体的基本状况，包括动机、参与度，以及网络虚拟群体对大学生个性社会化的影响。第三部分再通过对6571网友群体的深度访谈和参与式体验，深入探析网络虚拟群体对大学生个性社会化的作用机制和影响途径。第四部分是结论，概括了网络虚拟群体对大学生社会化的双重影响及原因。最后，针对如何有效引导大学生参加网络虚拟群体和规范管理网络虚拟群体，提出了三条建议和举措。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of socialization of college students has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life.Integrating into the society and serving the society can be said to be the basic purpose of cultivating talents in higher education, and the society is also the place to test whether the higher education is qualified or not.College students will go to all kinds of jobs after graduation to create value for society but also to realize their own needs. Whether these needs can be successfully realized is closely related to the degree of socialization of college students.In the era of network, the network and virtual group have become the influential factors in the socialization of college students.College students have more self-control time and strong desire to know. They participate in different types of network virtual groups on the network, which not only expand the social network of college students, but also meet the needs of their own development to a certain extent.However, due to the anonymity and relative freedom of the network, the network virtual group also has a certain degree of negative impact on the development of college students.Among them, the influence of personality socialization, including self-cognition, interpersonal communication, knowledge and skills, is the focus of this paper.This paper is divided into four parts in the text: the first part is "introduction", the research object, research methods and research ideas are explained.The second part first makes a brief introduction to the characteristics of the network virtual group, then through the data collected by the questionnaire, analyzes the basic situation of college students participating in the network virtual group, including motivation, participation degree.And the influence of network virtual group on personality socialization of college students.In the third part, through the in-depth interview and participatory experience of 6571 netizens, the author deeply analyzes the mechanism and influence of the network virtual group on the socialization of college students' personality.The fourth part is the conclusion, summarizes the network virtual group to the university student socialization double influence and the reason.Finally, three suggestions and measures are put forward to guide college students to participate in the network virtual group and regulate the management of the network virtual group.
