高校思想政治教育校内资源开发与利用研究

【摘要】：高校思想政治教育校内资源是高校思想政治教育资源的重要组成部分,是高校进行大学生思想政治教育的基础和前提,是实现高校育人目标的重要保障。加强高校思想政治教育校内资源开发与利用的研究,有利于提高高校思想政治教育资源的综合利用率,增强高校思想政治教育的针对性与实效性。本文系统阐述了高校思想政治教育校内资源的相关理论,在此基础上分析了高校思想政治教育校内资源的特征及分类。从现实教学实践出发论述了目前进行高校思想政治教育资源开发和利用的必要性和可行性,在详细分析问卷调查所得数据的基础上,分析了高校思想政治教育校内资源开发与利用的现状及原因。针对高校思想政治教育资源开发与利用过程中存在的问题,笔者在进行系统研究的基础上提出了相关的改进措施。提出建立科学的校内资源观、建立一支高素质的思想政治工作队伍、建立强有力的资金保障机制、增强高校思想政治教育校内环境资源的开发与利用,迅速提升高校教育的软实力。更为重要的是加强四大思想政治教育校内资源的联系,进行有效整合形成合力,建立高校内部的共享机制。期望通过这些措施真正的实现高校全面育人的教育目标。
[Abstract]:The internal resources of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important part of the resources of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It is the foundation and premise for the ideological and political education of college students and the important guarantee to realize the goal of educating people in colleges and universities.Strengthening the research on the exploitation and utilization of the resources of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is conducive to improving the comprehensive utilization rate of the resources of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This paper systematically expounds the relevant theories of the internal resources of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and on this basis analyzes the characteristics and classification of the resources in the schools of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of developing and utilizing the resources of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the practical teaching practice. On the basis of the detailed analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire survey,This paper analyzes the present situation and reasons of the exploitation and utilization of the resources in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.In view of the problems existing in the development and utilization of ideological and political education resources in colleges and universities, the author puts forward some relevant improvement measures on the basis of systematic research.It is proposed to establish a scientific view of resources on campus, to establish a high-quality ideological and political work team, to establish a strong fund guarantee mechanism, and to enhance the development and utilization of environmental resources in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Promote the soft power of higher education rapidly.What is more important is to strengthen the connection of the resources in the four major ideological and political education, to effectively integrate and form a resultant force, and to establish the sharing mechanism within colleges and universities.Through these measures, we hope to realize the goal of comprehensive education in colleges and universities.
