高中生生涯发展现状及生涯教育对策的研究

【摘要】:根据生涯发展理论,高中生正处于职业生涯探索和初步定向阶段,是个体生涯发展的重要时期。然而,我国高中阶段生涯教育的缺失使得许多高中生生涯规划意识淡薄、学习动力和生涯抉择能力缺乏。 本研究旨在通过文献探讨和问卷调查,探讨我国高中生生涯研究的现状和存在的问题,了解高中生生涯发展现状,并对高中生生涯教育的实施提出对策。 本研究主要采用问卷调查法对高一到高三年级的1100名被试进行研究,以《高中生涯指导》(学生问卷)为研究工具,调查高中生生涯发展特点。 本研究的主要结论如下: 1、高中生生涯发展总体状况良好,,但各方面能力发展不一致 高中生生涯发展整体水平较好,但是自我认知、职业认知、教育认知、生涯定向和职业抉择五个维度的发展不一致。高中生在自我认知和教育认知方面能力较强,能够对自身的兴趣爱好、能力特长有比较清楚的了解,同时能够认识到现在接受的教育对将来走入工作世界的作用。在职业认知、生涯定向、职业抉择三方面的能力较弱,对社会上的各种职业类型缺乏了解,在选择职业时存在困难。 2、高中生生涯发展水平受多个因素影响 高中生生涯发展水平受到多个因素影响,但是各个因素所影响的方面不同。 自我认知能力主要受到家庭条件、学业成绩的影响;职业抉择能力受到家庭条件、学业成绩和学校类型影响;生涯定向能力受到家庭条件影响;教育认知能力受到家庭条件和年级的影响。值得一提的是,父母的受教育程度对高中生生涯发展的五个维度都有影响。
[Abstract]:According to the theory of career development, high school students are in the stage of career exploration and initial orientation, which is an important period of individual career development.However, the lack of senior high school career education makes many senior high school students lack of awareness of career planning, learning motivation and career choice ability.The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation and problems of senior high school students' career research through literature and questionnaire, to understand the current situation of high school students' career development, and to put forward countermeasures for the implementation of senior high school students' career education.In this study, a questionnaire survey was used to investigate the characteristics of senior high school students' career development with the help of Senior High School career guidance (Student questionnaire).The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1. The overall career development of senior high school students is in good condition, but the ability development in all aspects is not consistent.The overall level of high school students' career development is good, but the development of five dimensions of self-cognition, vocational cognition, educational cognition, career orientation and career choice are different.High school students have a strong ability in self-cognition and educational cognition, can have a clear understanding of their own interests and hobbies, and can recognize the role of the education they receive in the future to enter the world of work.The ability of vocational cognition, career orientation and career choice is weak, lack of understanding of various types of occupation in society, and difficulties in choosing occupation.2. The career development level of high school students is affected by many factorsThe level of high school students' career development is affected by many factors, but the factors are different.Self-cognition ability is mainly influenced by family condition and academic achievement; career choice ability is influenced by family condition, academic achievement and school type; career orientation ability is influenced by family condition;Educational cognitive ability is influenced by family condition and grade.It is worth mentioning that the educational level of parents has an impact on the five dimensions of high school students' career development.
