【摘要】：在当前信息技术和知识爆炸的新时代，创业教育作为一种较新的教育理念，正逐渐为我国所认识和重视。创业教育以提高受教育者的创业意识和创业技能为目标，注重培养与发展创业精神和创新精神，使受教育者形成创业初步能力，掌握创业基本技能。因此，开展创业教育，能提供更有力的人才支撑和知识贡献，有利于推动我国经济转型升级，有利于有效解决当前就业难的问题。然而我国的创业教育还处在起步阶段，如何在高校中更好地实施创业教育，是高校面临的一个重要课题。在创业教育研究体系中，创业教育机制的建立是各项工作展开的基础，因此，高校要更好地发展创业教育，不断推进创业教育的完善和创新，消除各种体制性的消极影响，就需要构建一个科学的机制来保障和落实。本文的研究就是围绕构建一个科学有效的创业教育机制来进行的，共分五个部分。第一部分是绪论，主要是梳理相关文献，提出研究问题、研究目的和研究意义，概述国内外研究现状，对创业教育进行界定，并阐述创业教育与创新教育以及素质教育的关系。第二部分概述和分析美、英、日三国创业教育的相关情况，归纳总结其创业教育的特点和经验，，以获取对我国创业教育机制构建的相关启示。第三部分概述我国创业教育发展的相关情况，对我国创业教育机制构建的现实基础和存在的问题进行分析，为提出如何构建我国高校创业教育机制作积淀。第四部分是论文的重点，主要阐述高校创业教育机制的构建。此部分对高校创业教育机制进行了研究，并提出应从思想导向、教学管理、实践、保障、考评和激励五个方面进行高校创业机制的构建。第五部分是本论文的结论，总结全文，并提出本论文的不足之处。
[Abstract]:In the new era of information technology and knowledge explosion, as a new educational concept of entrepreneurship education for our country is gradually recognized and valued. Entrepreneurship education aims at improving the education awareness of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial skills, pay attention to the cultivation and development of the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation, to make the educated of entrepreneurship the preliminary ability, master the basic entrepreneurial skills. Therefore, entrepreneurship education, can provide more powerful personnel support and knowledge contribution, is conducive to promoting China's economic transformation and upgrading, to effectively solve the difficult problem of employment.
However, entrepreneurship education in China is still in the initial stage, how to better the implementation of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities, is an important topic facing the University. In the study of entrepreneurship education system, the establishment of entrepreneurship education mechanism is the basis for the work of the university so to better the development of entrepreneurship education, promote the continuous improvement and innovation entrepreneurship education, to eliminate the negative effects of various system, it is necessary to establish a scientific mechanism to safeguard and implement.
The study of this paper is carried out around the establishment of a scientific and effective entrepreneurship education mechanism, which is divided into five parts.
The first part is the introduction, mainly combing the relevant literature, putting forward research questions, research purposes and research significance, summarizing the research status at home and abroad, defining entrepreneurship education, and discussing the relationship between entrepreneurship education and innovative education and quality education.
The second part summarizes and analyzes the related situations of entrepreneurship education in America, Britain and Japan, summarizes the characteristics and experience of entrepreneurship education, so as to get some inspirations for the construction of entrepreneurship education mechanism in China.
The third part outlines the development of entrepreneurship education in China, analyzes the realistic foundation and existing problems of entrepreneurship education mechanism in China, and puts forward how to build our entrepreneurial education machine.
The fourth part is the focus of the paper. It mainly expounds the construction of entrepreneurship education mechanism in Colleges and universities. This part studies the mechanism of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities, and proposes that we should start from five aspects of ideological guidance, teaching management, practice, security, evaluation and motivation.
The fifth part is the conclusion of this paper, summarizes the full text, and puts forward the shortcomings of this paper.
