全面质量管理在温州大学城市学院金融专业教学实践中的应用研究

【摘要】：全面质量管理(Total Quality Management,简称：TQM)是企业为了提高产品质量而综合运用一整套质量管理思想、体系、方法和手段进行的管理活动。本文主要是探讨和研究如何将全面质量管理理有效运用在独立学院金融人才教学实践过程中。人才培养的关键在于教育管理,其办学模式和人才培养具有自己的特殊性的独立学院,作为我国高等教育的新兴力量和重要组成部分,在高等教育人才培养方面扮演一定的积极角色。但是,独立学院如果要保证其人才培养质量,就必须对其教学管理体系和模式进行深入分析和研究,大胆引进全面质量管理理念,摸索出一套符合自己特色有具有持续发展的特有教学管理模式。自中国加入WTO以来,我国的金融行业进入快节奏发展的过程。随着金融行业的国际化、市场化的发展,社会对金融专业人才的需求随之发生重大的变化,作为金融机构核心竞争力的人才的培养,成为各大高校重要的研究课题。在总结新型金融行业人才所具备综合素质的基础之上,分析高校金融人才培养现状,正视金融人才培养过程中存在的弊端,探讨金融行业发展趋势,迎合国际化金融人才培养的需求,将全面质量管理从改革金融专业课程体系和教学内容、从改革教学方法和手段、从改革实践教学方法和模式等方面进行研究,探索独立学院应用型金融人才培养模式,为新型金融人才的培养提出有价值的措施和建议。本文首先对独立学院办学定位、人才培养目标和模式及其的特点和要求进行了概述,对教学质量进行了分析和探讨,同时也对全面质量管理在教学过程中的运用进行了可行性论证,并且努力摸索和构建出以全面质量管理的理论为依据,提升教学质量监控闭环体系：其次,通过现代与传统教育理念差异进行对比入手,强调“以生为本”的现代教育观念,进一步论述了对教学全过程进行监控管理的重要性。同时,通过了对学习过程管理和教师的教学过程管理的分析,证实了强化教学过程管理是全面提高教学质量的重要措施;最后,以温州大学城市学院金融专业教学实践改革为例进行了分析,建立了独立学院金融专业课程教学过程质量评价及管理体系材料,通过近十年的探索,在金融人才理论和实践教学中都取得了良好的教学效果,浙江省乃至全国金融行业培养了一大批新型应用型人才。
[Abstract]:Total Quality Management (TQM) is a comprehensive application of a set of quality management ideas, systems, methods and means to improve the quality of products.This paper mainly discusses and studies how to effectively apply TQM to the teaching practice of financial talents in independent colleges.The key of talent training lies in the educational management. The independent college, which has its own particularity in the mode of running a school and the training of talents, is a new force and an important part of higher education in China.To play a positive role in the cultivation of talents in higher education.However, if an independent college wants to ensure the quality of its personnel training, it must conduct in-depth analysis and research on its teaching management system and model, and boldly introduce the concept of total quality management.To find out a set of unique teaching management model with sustainable development in line with their own characteristics.Since China's entry into WTO, China's financial industry has entered the process of rapid development.With the internationalization of financial industry and the development of marketization, the social demand for financial professionals has changed greatly. As a core competitiveness of financial institutions, the cultivation of talents has become an important research topic in colleges and universities.On the basis of summing up the comprehensive qualities of the new type of financial talents, this paper analyzes the present situation of the training of financial talents in colleges and universities, faces the disadvantages existing in the process of training the financial talents, and probes into the development trend of the financial industry.In order to meet the needs of training international financial talents, TQM is studied from the aspects of reforming the course system and teaching content, reforming teaching methods and means, reforming practical teaching methods and models, etc.This paper explores the training mode of applied financial talents in independent colleges and puts forward valuable measures and suggestions for the cultivation of new financial talents.This paper first summarizes the orientation of independent colleges, the goal and mode of talent training, and its characteristics and requirements, and analyzes and discusses the teaching quality.At the same time, it also demonstrates the feasibility of the application of TQM in teaching process, and tries to explore and construct a closed loop system of teaching quality monitoring based on the theory of TQM. Secondly,Through the contrast between modern and traditional educational concepts, this paper emphasizes the modern educational concept of "student-oriented", and further discusses the importance of monitoring and managing the whole process of teaching.At the same time, through the analysis of learning process management and teachers' teaching process management, it is proved that strengthening teaching process management is an important measure to improve teaching quality.Taking the reform of financial teaching practice of Wenzhou University City College as an example, this paper analyzes the quality evaluation and management system of the course teaching process of finance major in independent college, and through the exploration of nearly ten years,Good teaching effect has been achieved in the theory and practice of financial talents teaching, and a large number of new applied talents have been trained in Zhejiang Province and even in China.
