高校国防教育课程资源开发研究

【摘要】：当前,我国高校国防教育无论从开展的历史,还是从课程自身建设来看,和普通高校的传统课程比较起来,在课程目标的设定、课程内容的选择、课程实施与评价、课程资源开发等方面存在着诸多差距。特别是对高校国防教育课程资源的开发的研究非常有限,直接影响到高校国防教育课程的推进和实践成效。本文通过问卷调查、深入访谈等形式,深入分析了高校国防教育课程资源开发的现状,认为制约高校国防教育课程资源开发的因素有：管理上各自为政、价值取向上过于单一、资源开发上孤芳自赏。为推进高校国防教育课程资源的有效开发,本文认为应遵循开放性、经济性、个性化原则,选取教师主体开发、学生主体开发等多种模式,通过资源调查、资源分析、建立课程资源管理数据库等途径,逐步建立高校国防教育课程资源开发机制。同时为保障有效开发,需要一系列保障措施条件。一是要建立高校国防教育课程资源开发的组织机构,二是要加大高校国防教育课程资源开发的经费投入；三是要加强高校国防教育课程资源开发的教师培训。
[Abstract]:At present, national defense education in colleges and universities in our country is compared with the traditional courses in colleges and universities in terms of the history of development and the construction of the curriculum itself, in terms of the setting of curriculum objectives, the selection of curriculum contents, the implementation and evaluation of courses.There are many gaps in the development of curriculum resources.Especially, the research on the development of national defense education curriculum resources in colleges and universities is very limited, which has a direct impact on the advancement and practical effect of national defense education curriculum in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of national defense education curriculum resources in colleges and universities by means of questionnaires and interviews, and points out that the factors that restrict the development of national defense education curriculum resources in colleges and universities are as follows: the management is separate and the value orientation is too single.On the exploitation of resources, we are self-appreciative.In order to promote the effective development of the curriculum resources of national defense education in colleges and universities, this paper holds that we should follow the principles of openness, economy and individuation, select the teacher's main body development, student's main body development and so on, through resource investigation, resource analysis, etc.Setting up the database of curriculum resources management, and gradually establishing the development mechanism of national defense education curriculum resources in colleges and universities.At the same time, in order to ensure effective development, a series of safeguard measures are needed.First, it is necessary to establish an organization for the development of national defense education curriculum resources in colleges and universities; second, to increase the expenditure on the development of national defense education curriculum resources in colleges and universities; and third, to strengthen teacher training in the development of national defense education curriculum resources in colleges and universities.
