大学生诚信教育制度建设研究

【摘要】:诚者,开心见诚,无所隐伏也;信者,诚实不欺,信而有征也。诚信,即诚实守信,是言行与内心思想一致,不伪装,不虚假,说话算数,讲信誉。诚信是一个社会赖以存在的道德基础,是人的良知在客观环境中的一种外露,是人的一种心理活动的外在表现。当前,高校大学生的诚信状况总体是好的、健康向上的,但也有诚信缺失的现象。为此,加强大学生的诚信教育,逐步完善大学生诚信教育的制度体系,是目前形势下提高高校大学生诚信教育实效性的必然要求。本文就此问题进行探讨,共分为五个部分: 引言。这部分主要介绍选题的背景及研究意义,进而分析改革开放三十年来大学生诚信教育的发展演进,这三十年基本上以十年为界,阐述各个阶段诚信演进的不同特点,最后介绍这篇论文的研究方法。 第一章:理论概述。这部分介绍中西方的诚信概念及其发展演变,进而比较两者内涵上的不同,在此基础上分析制度、教育制度和诚信教育制度的概念,为后面的分析、研究做必要的铺垫。 第二章:大学生诚信教育的现状及存在的问题。这部分全面介绍高校大学生诚信的现状,进而指出我国大学生诚信教育存在的问题,即诚信教育内容空洞、诚信教育方法落后、诚信教育方法单一、诚信教育制度体系不完善。 第三章:大学生诚信教育不足的原因分析。从社会、学校、家庭和个人四个角度全面深刻地挖掘隐藏于其背后的深层次原因,这部分是本文主要内容的逻辑展开。 第四章:大学生诚信教育制度的完善。这是本文的主体部分,在当前高校大学生诚信缺失的原因分析基础之上,立足于增强诚信教育的实效性,从诚信教育的路径、制度安排和保障机制三个方面展开论述,力图发挥制度的导向作用、强制作用和激励作用,来完善大学生诚信教育制度体系。
[Abstract]:The honest, happy and sincere, there is no hidden; the letter, honest, and the sign of faith. Honesty, that is, honesty and trustworthiness, is consistent with inner thought, no disguise, no falsehood, good faith and good faith. Honesty and credit is the moral basis on which a society depends. It is a manifestation of human conscience in an objective environment and an external expression of a kind of psychological activity. At present, the integrity of college students is good, healthy and upward, but there is also a lack of honesty. Therefore, strengthening the honesty education of college students and gradually perfecting the system of honesty education for college students are the inevitable requirements to improve the effectiveness of honesty education in colleges and universities. This paper is divided into five parts: Introduction This part mainly introduces the background and research significance of the topic, and then analyzes the development and evolution of honesty education for college students in the past 30 years of reform and opening up. Finally, the research method of this paper is introduced. Chapter one: theoretical overview. This part introduces the concept of honesty and credit between China and the West and its evolution, and then compares the differences of their connotations. On this basis, it analyzes the concepts of system, education system and honesty education system, and makes a necessary foundation for the later analysis and research. Chapter two: the present situation and problems of honesty education for college students. This part comprehensively introduces the present situation of college students' honesty and credit, and then points out the problems existing in honesty education of college students in our country, that is, the content of honesty education is empty, the methods of honesty education are backward, the method of honesty education is single, and the system of honesty education is not perfect. The third chapter: the analysis of the reasons for the lack of honesty and credit education of college students. From the four angles of society, school, family and individual, the deep reasons hidden behind it are fully and profoundly excavated. This part is the logic of the main content of this paper. Chapter four: the perfection of honesty education system for college students. This is the main part of this paper, on the basis of the analysis of the reasons for the lack of honesty among college students at present, it is based on strengthening the effectiveness of honesty education and discusses from three aspects: the path of honesty education, the system arrangement and the guarantee mechanism. This paper tries to improve the system of honesty and credit education of college students by exerting the guiding, compulsory and encouraging functions of the system.
