【摘要】:20世纪六十年代,美国开始探索创业教育并从学术意义上研究创业教育。1989年,联合国教科文组织首次在会上提出“创业教育”,强调高校要给学生颁发“创业能力护照”,培养学生的创业技能和主动精神,认为毕业生首先应成为的是工作的创造者。从时代和现实的必然要求及社会发展的趋势看,高校创业教育对推进知识经济的发展具有促进作用;从社会发展的稳定性来看,高校创业教育对社会就业率的增加产生了推动作用;从高等教育观来看,高校创业教育对深化高校教育改革注入了新鲜的血脉;从大学生个性发展来看,高校创业教育能让他们更好地实现自身价值。我国创业教育始于20世纪90年代,虽取得了一定的成就,但与其他国家相比,起步晚,制度不健全,这些都阻碍了我国创业教育体系的构建。本文运用文献普查与分类归纳、实地问卷与案例研究等社会科学研究方法,本文锁定南京地区高校,通过对南京创业教育本科试点院校的调查问卷,提出问题并分析原因,通过借鉴国内外高校创业教育的成功之处,对构建具有我国特色的高校创业教育体系,提出具有操作性的建议。本文从五个部分展开论述:第一章部分,绪论。通过本次研究的背景和问题的提出说明高校创业教育的重要意义及本课题研究的动因,并阐述本次研究的创新点、难点和研究方法。第二章部分,国内外创业教育发展脉络。先从美国、日本、印度以及跨国创业教育合作研究比较阐述创业教育在国际范围内的发展,然后转向中国描述创业教育的现状,是从创业教育的启动、发展和政府的推动来阐述。第三章部分,对南京创业教育本科试点院校个案分析。对以崇尚创新精神的南京城内本科创业教育试点院校的现状进行探讨,并以南京大学、南京理工大学和南京信息工程大学为例,从调查问卷收集的数据来分析存在的问题。第四章部分,高校创业教育的困境及原因。针对第三部分内容,从对创业教育认识定位、高校学生思想受限滞后的创业教育课程体系、薄弱的师资力量及缺乏良好的创业环境等五方面展开分析。第五章部分,对我国高校创业教育的建议。这是本文的核心,提出高校如何实施大学生创业教育,从高校转变创业教育理念、激发学生求知欲、建立创业教育体系、建立专兼结合的创业导师队伍、建立创业教育服务体系等方面提出对策意见。
[Abstract]:In the 1960s, the United States began to explore entrepreneurship education and to study entrepreneurship education in an academic sense. In 1989, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) for the first time proposed "entrepreneurship education" at a conference, emphasizing that universities and colleges should issue students "passports for entrepreneurship." Cultivate students' entrepreneurial skills and initiative, think that graduates should be the first job creator. From the point of view of the inevitable requirements of the times and reality and the trend of social development, entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities plays an important role in promoting the development of knowledge economy, and in terms of the stability of social development, Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has promoted the increase of the social employment rate; from the perspective of higher education, entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has injected fresh blood into deepening the reform of higher education; from the point of view of the development of college students' personality, Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities can make them realize their own value better. China's entrepreneurship education began in the 1990s, although it has made some achievements, but compared with other countries, starting late, the system is not perfect, these have hindered the construction of our entrepreneurship education system. With the methods of literature survey, classification and induction, field questionnaire and case study, this paper focuses on the universities in Nanjing, and puts forward the questions and analyzes the reasons through the questionnaire of the pilot universities of entrepreneurship education in Nanjing. By drawing lessons from the success of entrepreneurship education at home and abroad, this paper puts forward some operable suggestions on the construction of entrepreneurship education system with Chinese characteristics. This paper is discussed from five parts: chapter one, introduction. Through the background and problems of this study, this paper explains the significance of entrepreneurship education in universities and the motivation of this research, and expounds the innovative points, difficulties and research methods of this research. The second chapter is about the development of entrepreneurship education at home and abroad. First, from the United States, Japan, India and multinational cooperation studies on entrepreneurship education, a comparative study on the development of entrepreneurship education in the international scope, and then a shift to describe the status quo of entrepreneurship education in China, is to start from the start of entrepreneurship education. Development and government push to explain. The third chapter, the Nanjing entrepreneurship education pilot colleges and universities case analysis. This paper probes into the present situation of the pilot universities of undergraduate entrepreneurship education in Nanjing, which advocates the spirit of innovation, and takes Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing University of Technology and Nanjing University of Information Engineering as examples to analyze the existing problems from the data collected by questionnaires. The fourth chapter, the difficulties and reasons of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. In view of the third part, this paper analyzes the orientation of entrepreneurship education, the curriculum system of entrepreneurship education, the weak teachers and the lack of good environment. The fifth chapter is about the suggestions of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities of our country. This is the core of this paper, how to carry out entrepreneurship education for college students, change the concept of entrepreneurship education from university to college, stimulate students' desire for knowledge, set up a system of entrepreneurship education, and set up a team of dedicated and combined entrepreneurial mentors. To establish the service system of entrepreneurship education and other aspects put forward countermeasures.
